A bit grubby. There was mould in the bathroom cabinet and in the shower. It was a little bit noisy until other guests settled down for the night.

Off street parking. A nice view out of our bedroom window towards the city.

The old fridge was very noisy i had to turn it off. there was an old style tv but i couldn't connect to it without a HDMI. the dimmer lights had the wrong style bulb in so didn't work and mostly flickered if not on full light. i think it was a bit over priced because i stayed for 6 nights and even when the sheets got dirty the bedding wasn't changed. i could also hear the 'staff room' below when they played pool on the weekend however that's a typical common New Zealand 'thin walls' flaw. Just a bit over priced and could do with some slight upgrades for the price.

the over all place was very clean and well maintained. good shower pressure. very pleasant accommodating hosts and safe good location in Auckland. decent parking inside the property. the pool is a nice big size and there's a gorgeous view of Auckland sky tower.

We only got a satchet of coffee each, do only one coffee in the morning/for the day. The fridge was old and noisy.

The fridge in the room was noisy at night, but other than that there wasn't really anything wrong.

Room was nice and simple, lots of light. Bathroom and room were neat and tidy. The grounds of the accommodation felt safe and secure, so nothing to complain about.

It is a reasonable drive to the center of Auckland. The noise from other rooms was a bit annoying but tolerable

Would have liked a headboard for the bed. Not needed until last morning but heater in bathroom didn’t work. The room has large windows, for any privacy you need to draw the curtains leaving you with a dark room that you need the lights on.

Beautiful building, nice quiet and safe area. Pretty gardens, parking in site, gates locked overnight.

very good location. Easy to get to but also close to city. Travelled to Auckland for event at viaduct basin. Quick and straightforward to get to city from accommodation with help of GPS. Bed comfy and easily large enough for 2 people but duvet a bit heavy given warm temperatures. Room clean. Only negative is failure of lighting which needed to be attended to by staff.

The room was generous sized with large bathroom and good water pressure in shower but the wall between the access hall was not soundproof and you could easily hear conversations in the hall.

We had an event to attend at the Glasshouse in Morningside. The Villa was a ten minute walk down to the Glasshouse and at 11.30pm a ten minute walk back. The neighbourhood is safe and it was a pleasant walk. Excellent location for us.

Very clean and the large king room was great with a well appointed bathroom. The Manager was also very helpful in allowed me to extend check out to 11am to fit with my travel plans.

The tiny garbage cans. Auckland traffic. This location is not recommended if you are not familiar with Auckland and don't drive a car.

Great Room. Little challenging for some to take a suitcase up the stairs but very manageable. Great view of Auckland.

Room was in a state of partial upgrade, incomplete painting. Fridge propped up on cupboard but not stable. Noisy period of 2 hrs Saturday afternoon as owners son was using a blower to clean and dry a vehicle.

Location great to access CBD and Mt Eden. Linen clean and laundry facility available. Good view of Sky Tower.

Pump lid on hand soap was broken.

Instant,friendly greeting on arrival,and immediate answers to my questions,and showing me where kitchen and ironing board was in laundry, by Barney. Also,being very kind to post back my pillow, I had left there. That was very appreciated. Clean and tidy Tara Room. Comfortable Bed.Nice view of Sky Tower.

No toilet brush, no air con, plastic kettle made water taste and smell funny. No info on local area, shops, fast food, supermarket, ATMs, garages etc

Location was great, central, close to Zoo & Motat. Felt safe, good car parking. Fairly basic , but clean and tidy. Bed was comfy, plenty of TV channels, free WiFi
