All-Inclusive with alcohol attracts many people, a lot of them could improve their behavior. Buffet dinner is an invitation for too many people to pack heaps on their plates and dismiss large parts of it because it’s „free“.

Design of common areas doesn't look as 5 star hotel. One day my room wasn't made up when I came back to the hotel after excursion in the evening. There were stain and dust in my jacuzzi on the terrace, one of tap was broken. Nothing in minibar.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good enough. Hotel has own lovely sandy beaches.

Since it is a resort by the beach, you can imaging that Humidity is quite High which affects the rooms as well, so the mold smell is quite bothering (until you get used to it). I feel some refurbishment is needed very soon otherwise it will create a bigger issues in the near future.

A great place to spend 3 to 4 days, you can either chill by the pool or enjoy multiple beaches areas, 2 of them within the Lagoon area (so quite beaches), and a 3rd one facing the Arab Ocean which was my favorite as it had waves and more fun! Multiple Restaurants and entertainment options for family. Better to go with all inclusive package otherwise you will struggle to find places aside of the hotel restaurants to eat (the location of the hotel is a bit distant from center which means mostly you will spend your evening in the Hotel)

This place exceeded our expectations - there is a lot of things to do, several beaches, lots of walkable spots and plenty of food and drink stalls. Staff are nice and friendly and the buffets were nice. We also booked the spa and had all the facilities to ourselves.

- Enormous hotel complex -we ordered “breakfast to go” because we checked out really early in the day but for a 5-star hotel we were dissapointed. 2 salads not marinated, oranges who are kind of like hard to eat whitout cutlery and 2 small sandwiches with cheese. We expected more variety.

If you want to have an all inclusive holiday and a big hotel complex (like a small city) it’s perfect for you! The hotel is great- but you don’t get to know the local impression from Oman. It depends what are you looking for.

The room design and furniture needs to be replaced / updated When we received the rooms, the TV, the safe, and the phone weren't working and we have to call the reception to come and check.

Facilities especially the swimming pool and the sun beds need an update. It looks and feels very used and old. The ladder to go in the swimming pool is loose. The Sun beds are worn out and losing pieces. There is no proper kids swimming pool but it is a repurposed jacuzzi. The showers are located at the other end of the swimming pool and therefore not used by any guests before entering the pool. The bed mattress feels very worn out too and not as comfortable as expected for a 5 stars hotel.

We landed at SLL and had only had hand luggage so that we could rush to check in for a race we were competing in the next day- however, the hotel bus made us wait over an hour for another passenger, so we missed our check in and had to get up at 4am in order to get checked in, we were lucky, as the race organizers had sympathy for us. They had assured us that we would be picked up and taken straight to the hotel .:( Very stressful start to the race weekend, so would get a taxi next time.

The hotel was amazing, the room, the pools, the venue, beautiful and a fabulous location with beach, pool, marina and various shops and little restaurants nearby.

I cannot think of things that could have been much better. It has been a very satisfactory stay.

Breakfast was very good and with a big choice of sweet and savory options. I found that the lunch and dinner buffets, were not as varied, but still satisfactory the pool is just fantastic and the hotel beach as well. my room was very confortable and quite, maybe a bit unembellished

On the lobby there are electrical sockets on the floor where you can’t see it and get their toes hit.

It’s humid out, my trip was in July so that’s normal I guess. I noticed a few mosquitos, but not in annoying quantities. At check out I requested an hour extension due to flight, the front desk was super strict on refusing it, although I was a lagoon resident and had a half-board arrangement, I thought an hour could’ve been given. She didn’t even check with her supervisor about it. Not the biggest of issues but the way it was refused lingered in my mind.

The property is big and diverse in scenery and vibe.

- The view of the room shown in booking.com is inaccurate. If you do book, make sure you call the hotel to reconfirm if you will get a similar room. - I am vegetarian and the food options for me were very very limited. Especially the dinner buffet. Or even the room service food options are not great for vegetarians. Breakfast buffet was good - There's dredging and construction work going on right at the beach. Please check this. - Also the beach in front of the hotel is not really a beach but a man-made one so you won't see the vast expanse of the sea in front of you but more like two cycling/walking paths being constructed in front of you.

- Good property and good rooms. - We had a view of the pool and the sea. - Special mention to Wessam (from Egypt) at the front desk who accommodated all our requests.
