Place needs a good deep clean, it's surface level clean, but corners, taps, bins etc all need to be cleaned. Insect nets on window are all broken. WiFi is really bad 😭

There were a few things in need of repair. The fridge wouldn't close properly, the light in the bathroom wasn't working and the shower had a leaking outlet. However, when we asked for the problems to be sorted, the staff was quick to react.

It is a really spacious flat in a central area in Sur, right in front of the beach. There is car park available in front of the hotel. We had see view from our room.

The beds are hard as hell. I would suggest to the owners to replace the mattresses as they were uncomfortable to sleep in.

They are spacious apartments, with a living room area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The property is beach front, and it’s only 5 minutes walking from the Souq’s entrance and 10 minutes walking from the town centre where you can find restaurants, bakeries etc. It also has a coffee shop and restaurant next door. Many reviews reference to the shabby look of it- I’d say, don’t expect a Ritz standard for such a Low price. You get what you pay for - it’s very basic and simple but it does the job. The only part I found was not very clean was the kitchen - not really an issue for us as we didn’t intend to use it anyways. The rest is clean and tidy.

It was a bit dirty, taps full of scale, boiler leaking in one of the bathrooms. Furniture, curtains, sofa and beds were not very well maintained

The location was the main selling point, it was quite central even though it was still hard to get a taxi, you still had to walk to the Main Street in the scorching heat

This building is an old apartment building in the old part of town. The furniture in the room is old and basic (broken cupboard and dresser, basic utensils in the kitchen). The bed was clean and comfortable. I saw a small cockroach in my room, we didn't have any food on us so we were not worried. This was one-off, but a sign of an old facility with v limited staff. There are no facilities in-house, like food or room service. Also, there are no outside facilities within walking distance, like a supermarket or pharmacy. Just a local shawarma and tea shop that the locals gather around for long chit-chats. You will need to walk a fair bit for anything. (This was not an issue for us, we had a car.) Everything works but is not appealing. Good to get a night's rest for a day or 2 and save on budget for more fun things.

The property is as advertised, an apartment for short-stay. Kitchen, hall, bedroom, and bathroom were all functional. The building is opposite the public beach, good for a beachside tea in the mornings.

WiFi didn't work all that well (coverage was in and out, seemed to work best in the early morning so possibly too many people on the network at other times).

Easy to find, sea view, air conditioning and fan, easy walk to souq and restaurants, parking in front of hotel, staff were helpful.

Dont expect much from this place. İt is cheap and enough for one night stop in Sur.

İt is in a good location Just near the sea and the main road. There is a free parking. The guy at the reception was friendly.

A very decent place. The apartments are large and very clean and in a good location across from the beach. I enjoyed my stay here.

The room was dirty, the little cutlery and crockery in the kitchen was dirty. Staff was unfriendly and disengaged. Overpriced. I do not recommend this place at all. It was the worst accommodation that we booked in Oman.

The location is across the ocean with beautiful views of the ocean.

Ideal location on the Corniche with parking at the door. Good base to explore the town on foot and the surrounding area by car.
