The 'bed' for the child (we booked a room for 3 people) was in fact mattress to put on the floor which was fine but not very comfortable for my 6 year old.

The aircon can be upgraded. The additional free mattress is literally a 4inch mattress topper and pretty worn out which can be improved. Reception lady who seems to be from South East Asia need to have more friendly and welcoming attitude when dealing with customer query.

Very safe and comfy suite for family with kids. Staff are very friendly and helpful specially thanks to Nuruddin and Rashed. The hotel is close to Sultan Qaboos Mosque, Azeiba beach and Grand mall. Not too posh however it's standard and well maintained. It's in a local residential area and few mins walk to the nearby sea beach but the beach is for fishmongers only.

Throughout the whole apartment you can hear what's going on in the hallway. The whole apartment was designed for the stay of no more than two people with regards to beds, towels, utensils, dishes, dining table, etc. There were no cots/beds for the children; we got two mattresses on the floor after we repeated the booked request. We got exactly 2 towels (while we clearly booked for a family of 4) and literally had to go buy ourselves 2 more because the staff wouldn't provide us with more. The same with utensils; literally 2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 knives, etc. We were lucky we had taken the plastic utensils with us from the flight. Upon request we got an extra chair for the dining table (there were exactly 2 chairs and the stool from the dresser). 1 roll of toilet paper per room cleaning. Seeing as we didn't use the room cleaning every day we sometimes had to ask for toilet paper in the lobby or use water instead. If the hotel wants to be family friendly, they'll have to invest in small things such as a little more utensils, towels, etc. Until then, any families visiting will be disappointed unless they have all their own utensils and towels with them (and don't mind sleeping on the floor).

It is an apartment with a: - sitting area (couch, coffee table, satellite dish tv (4 working channels), little dining table with chairs), - tiny kitchen (2-pit electric stove, table model fridge with small freezer, microwave), - a bedroom (with a king-size bed, dresser and large cupboard, - a bathroom (with toilet, sink, and shower) - a balcony (with washing line). So it is comfortable, if you're traveling with small kids (4 and 2). It would not be fit for larger families or families with older children.

The kitchen is there, however there are no cups or spoons. We have booked three apartments, so we shared cups at least. Also I had matress still packed in folia, it was unusual.

It's a basic hotel, but it's perfect to start a trip around Oman. Very clean. The staff was very kind. Not so many attractive places around: you'll need a car.

I came late at night with my bicycle from the airport. Unboxing and assembly was not an issue. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Coffee Shops and a little shop are just around the corner. The room is big and clean and matches what I expected for the price.

We struggled with the level of service and equipment. - We booked a room with a couch and a large bed for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 small kids). We expected that we would have at least some bed sheets for a couch, so one of the kids can sleep there. But there was none. When we asked for it, they brought some bed sheets and also provided a matress. - For 4 of us we had only one towel in the room. Also not even a towel for the floor by the shower. We asked right away and then the next day twice. So they brought us 1 additional towel after the third request stating that they don't have any more available. On the last day they also brought us the towel for the shower. - In the kitchen we only had 1 cup for drinks and a couple of glasses. So we had to juggle them if we wanted to have a tea or some other drinks. If some of these things weren't missing, the impression could have been better.

Overall it was fine. - Clean room, enough space (for a couple). - There are a couple of cheap places to eat just across the street, as well as a grocery shop and a laundry. - We could also order breakfast at reception, which was pretty cheap too.

Nothing for our dislike but some things could make the place perfect :) Kitchen needs more equipment for cooking because we choose place with kitchen for cooking for ourselves. Near the place is hypermarket, so You can buy something but have it in the kitchen would be better. And two keys for two persones would be better in case we have different plans for the day.

Nice place with very kind and helping people. We felt more like we are visiting friends home than hotel. Hypermarket just 3 min away, so You can buy food and cook for Yourself or just make it hot. The sea is just 4 min away, if You don't need a beach but only sweem (like we do). And the nearest beach is about 1,2km if You need it. No loud music or else disturbing things around. So thank's a lot for our nice stay.

The weak point is its old inside, the bathroom, toilet. The internet isn't fast. But indeed we came there just to stay for some days.

In general the hotel is good. For the pluses, its not from the sea (its impossible swim nearby), but for swimming you have to go to the Ghubrah Beach -20 min walk, the Avenus mall is 40 min.walk- but the solution is to download the application otaxi tgen you always will pay less👍 There is the kitchen, the balcony - to dry your clothes. There is internet but weak. The staff is helpful, if you need anything they help.
