The safe in the room was broken.

Location is fantastic with many restaurants around. Supermarket is across the road. Cars can be parked in front of the hotel. Rooms are big and ok, everything you need is there. Had a beautiful room on the top floor with balcony. Couldn't book it with booking.com but could do it directly at the hotel. There is also breakfast available. If you don't expect a all inclusive resort and prefer the local spirit, you will enjoy your stay.

The outer view of the building is affected by the sea water and it does not look nice. Should be painted again. And they should provide slippers for washroom.

Two things were disappointing:- 1. The WiFi 2. Noise from the connecting room.The rooms need to be made sound proof.

The hospitality of the entire staff, be it the reception desk or the housekeeping, was amazing. The receptionist, Ms. Eli cared for the guests genuinely. She made sure that no one was left unattended. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Salalah.

Yes, the rooms are basic and dated, but a good value. Breakfast was okay.

As most people note, the location can't be beat! Quiet area with not a whole lot to do but the beach is very nice...almost deserted during the time of my stay.

There was some silliness over the complimentary bteakfast. Eli felt so guilty that at checkout she only charged me for three breakfasts instead of five. All other guests were afforded the complimentary bteakfast.Most hotels offer complimentary breakfast, but if you don't assert it at the get go, they will not simply give it to you. At checkout, my American Express card "didnt work."

The staff were friendly and responsive. The junior suite was bright and airy with a great view of the beach. I caught both sunrise and sunset from my windows if i were in the room. That was priceless!

Bathroom needs a lot of attention to meet the least hotel standard: no soap holders in the basin and tub, no shampoo & shower gel holders in the tub, no tooth nor shaving kits holders, no mesh in the basin and tub drainage, no towels and cloth hangers near to the tub, no dryer. No hotels’ slippers. Weak and not stable internet connection, even my devices are connected to strong room Wi-Fi. No king bed sea view rooms (only twin beds) No light switches and electric sockets beside the beds. No “don’t disturb” cards Wardrobe cloth hangers should be better. Balcony net should be installed to keep the doors open being able to enjoy the outdoor view and wave sounds, meanwhile, preventing mosquitos entering the room.

No shower curtain and run-off ends up on the floor. Room isn’t cleaned daily unless you ask. WiFi didn’t work until I asked - I was given my own router with a very strong signal. Door didn’t lock but they fixed it quickly - maintenance guy very helpful.

Junior suite was huge with the sea hitting the shore outside the window. Amazing view and location. A good base to explore Salalah with a rented car.

The place look a bit old, the balcony door didn't close properly, the water was easily going out of the shower, sink was damaged. They helped us to arrange the taxi to the airport but the driver didn't seem trustworthy, he arrived late to the pickup and stopped on the way at the gas station, then driving very fast and made us feel uneasy. They have a swimming pool but it is located in a different hotel.

The hotel is just on the beach with a sea view. Staff nice and helpful and good breakfast. Spacious room.

Great spot. but don’t go expecting to swim in the ocean. The surf is too rough. but the beach is great. Staff upgraded us to a side-view, which was wonderful.

No towels, no coffee, no kettle no bedside lights, no slippers, all may have been missing because I got an upgrade...but don't know Staff saw me struggling with 2 cases and didn't think to offer to help.
