The beach and the pool were amazing, but the staff was so nice and welcoming, they made my stay even better. The room is great, big and comfy and breakfast was very good !

The "Fast Service" button on the phone is a waste of time. Several times no one answered ! When I did get an answer the responses to my requests were very negative and frankly not interested in helping me out. I inquired about the location of the ballroom and I was queried about which ball I was attending - they only have one ballroom but the guy on the end of the phone did not seem to know this, nor did he know where the ballroom was located ! Wrong person to have on this service. When I asked if he worked at the hotel, he got VERY defensive and bordering on aggressive. Guy needs some training on customer service, or fired.

Great location on cliff-top with views along the beach to the West. Excellent pool. Friday brunch exceptional. Room very clean and decor first class condition. Bed very comfortable . All in all a good stay - the Ball I attended was excellent, serving good wine, and the waiters were attentive without being intrusive. Knew their jobs and executed well.

The Hotel has a lovely outlook from all the restaurants, the views were magnificent Food was excellent albeit expensive ( but that’s Oman). Room was very comfortable Pool area very nice

One reception staff was not very informative when I first asked about the option of late checkout and I ended up having the same discussion four times, twice with this person and another two times with two other persons. But it all worked out in the end. The day trips the hotel offers through the partner agency are very nice, but overpriced.

This is a great hotel, at an excellent location. The rooms are clean and functional, great pool area with a good bar service. Breakfast was delicious with lots of types of food. The hotel has a beautiful bay which serves as the beach area, where you can leisurely swim in the sea. Staff were friendly and allowed late checkout without extra cost (as my flight was late in the evening). The hotel also offers day trips to various Omani tourist attractions (through a partner agency).

one major issue i had with them was the check-in process, although we arrived late afternoon around 5 PM which is 2 hours after our check in time , but the room was not ready and we had to wait about 45 minutes to get the keys which is quite annoying after travel

Everything were great , really super value for the money , outstanding service. Food is great and very well priced , definitely we are visiting again

I was on the 0 floor, the doors access to thee corridors looks like back of the house, can bee improved, check the martini expressions from the lounge, not the best, however is just an suggestion.

We have been upgraded to the suite room which made our stay fantastic. Facilities are nice: pool with the salty water, tennis, football, badminton and many more for kids to enjoy. Breakfast also has many options.

The location of the hotel was superb if you prefer to stay in a quiet place, but not far from the touristic attraction. The service was excellent. The food was good too. The views from the balconies and dining areas was awesome!
