Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel was good for the amount paid... It was a clean environment and the people there as well as the staffs were welcoming... The breakfast was also nice where they also served indian food as well... I wanted to go to the swimming pool and gym....but unfortunately couldn't make it as I had limited time...so I can't comment on it... Overall it was a good experience... This location is at the centre...there is K M trading (Shopping Centre) nearby which is a walkable distance... It is a city and to travel to other tourist destinations it would take around 1 hour each...

IndiaWhile checking in to the hotel, the reception staff had asked us to pay for breakfast as it was not covered for the children, whereas while making the booking the rate was inclusive of breakfast. But we had to clarify this again with the reception & finally they had agreed. But this was not a good gesture from the hotel reception staff.

United Arab EmiratesPoor reception desk with staff not able to communicate properly to guests in English. We booked 2 rooms for family members and was surprised to be informed upon arrival that our rooms were allotted on seperate floors. The reception staff were not even apologetic about this and only gave reasons of being fully booked and agreed to reallocate on same floor on next day.
The rooms were well set and room service and maintainence was fine. Food was OK.

United Arab EmiratesThough they accommodate 4 persons in a standard room, the twin bed is very much a single bed which means only 1 person can be on 1 bed. So if you have 2 adults and 2 kids, then you need to take 2 rooms. But the front desk staff managed my stay in a professional way.
The hotel was excellent and the location was fantastic! Center of the city and easily accessible to shops, restaurants, etc. The hotel was also very clean and the staff were wonderful!
