Pricing can be better; breakfast is mediocre; apart from that everything else was good.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was quite spacious. Free parking in the basement. Conveniently located right in the middle of Muscat. Has an easy connection to Grand mall muscat within the premises by walk which has lot of stores like carrefour; food court; shopping etc.

The staff could have been a little more helpful. It was our first stay at the apartments, and they were not very helpful in explaining where things were. We had trouble getting to the Gym and so we could not use it. This also made us hesitant to use any other facility like the Spa because we did not want to get lost. It was easy to get to the mall and the pool, so we used those, but the Hotel facilities were not as easy to get to, so we did not use them. It seems that people that usually stay in the apartments are used to the facilities and so the staff do not anticipate that people might be unfamiliar with the layout of the property and just assume it is known, but it is not. Alternatively, I would suggest placing maps in each apartment showing the layout of the property and how to get from one building to the next.

The location cannot be beat. The apartment building is connected to a mall with great facilities all within very easy reach. It is also connected to a hotel with full facilities like a gym, spa and restaurant. The apartment itself is huge, comfortable and very clean.

The appartment was functional but lacks warmth maybe worth trying to make it a bit cosier. As we stayed for 2 weeks, i know people who stayed for months. The other improvement is cooking facilities, there were no pots and pans, so when i asked they were immediately provided. The oven is just a microwave so still not ideal for long stays.

The Wifi was quite unstable during our stay. The pool was nice, but the facilities around it not so much (no towels, lockers had no keys). It took some discussions to get the invoice adressed correctly. One staff insisted it couldn't be changed from the data entered via booking.com. But in the end it could.

The apartment was very spacious. Each room had its own bathroom + additional guest restroom. Location is very good to reach any destination within Muscat by car/taxi.

Set in the busy central area of Muscat, an easy to reach Apartment behind the 5 * Millenium executive hotel is the 4* Millenium executive apartment. Offering delicious continental breakfast and rooftop pool access with glorious views. Staff at the apartment were welcoming and polite, and ensured we had a pleasant day. One morning the Apartment breakfast was too busy therefore the manager offered us to go the Hotel to experience their breakfast and it definitely was out of this world, with a much wider variety of food and drink from around the world. Talabat could easily deliver to your door so that was a bonus! Beds were super comfortable but the rooms were cold without a way of heating them up. Toiletries were available and other things such as toothbrushes/paste available on request. Mall is attached to the apartment via short walk. Parking is also available. Taxi pick up and drop off very convenient. I'd definitely recommend this hotel, it's not cheap but most hotels aren't in Oman. **Please note the current apartment pool was closed die to refurbishment.
