Very hard beds, and I tend to like firm beds. Limited kitchen utensils. Spotty cleaning service (asked them twice to clean while we were away, but instead they entered unannounced at 8 in the morning on a day that we were actually there, in our undies...). Far from tourist spots, except the Grand Mosque.

An entire apartment, so plenty of space for the family. A nice, basic pool, with very few users. Close to supermarket, cafés (definitely go for Goppion Café!) and three major malls. Plenty of parking space.

Apartment was not clean to a reasonable standard. Moved to another apartment. Wifi only responsive in the main living room. Kettle and washing machine provided but both never worked. Ironing board but no iron.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. I have stayed before with no problem but on this occasion a few things mentioned below in what I didn’t like.

1. No slippers are available. 2. Ironing board broken. 3. Toiletries do not suit the number of hotel guests and the duration of staying. 4. There is no hospitality for the hotel guests who reach late night. 5. No reception is available during the night, and the available staff have no authority to take decisions or actions.

The location is very good. Security staff are very helpful. Two shopping centers are available in the area. There are restaurants and other services available in the Panorama mall, which is close to the apartments.

Cookware needs to be changed. There are several non-stick pots and pans, but they are unusable because the non-stick coating is scratched heavily, which makes them dangerous to cook in. I recommend stainless steel cookware as it is more durable, especially since the cooking spoons and such are already stainless steel, which is not good to use with non-stick but perfect with stainless steel cookware. Also, it seems that when plates, cups, cutlery...etc. are broken or lost, they are not replaced either. Management tries to be as accommodating as they can, but sometimes these things are simply not available, but they should be as people renting a furnished apartment expect to be able to cook comfortably in the kitchen.

This is my third stay at Muscat Oasis. As always, the apartment is huge, very clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was also a breeze.

Specious apartment. Location next to the shopping mall. I was waiting 35 minutes to check in , no q. The apartment was very dirty and I had to clean the bathroom. Good location for someone who wants to go shopping.

No after hours phone number that has someone pick up, we wanted to stay an extra day and couldn't book another night. Things were lacking from the kitchen to actually make things or even to wash the dishes There was mold in the bathroom tubs, no way to sweep the floors and there was no offer for cleaning services.

The apartment is huge. The beds are comfortable. Kitchen is a good size as well as the living/dinning area. Three balconies, two bathrooms with a tub in each. The washing machine with a drying rack was awesome to have. Parking is easy and covered. Check in was great. The staff is very nice. Neighborhood kids all came out to.play on the evening my children enjoyed that.

- The access key that we were issued stopped working the second night. The office was closed and there was no response upon calling the phone number listed outside their office. We reached out to the apartment security guard, who was kind enough to reach out to the person incharge. The person incharge came and gave us the replacement access key within 10 minutes. All of this happened around 10:30 - 11 PM on the second night of our stay. Not sure what we would have done if we had reached later. The office has fixed working hours and we are on our own outside these working hours I guess, unlike a hotel. - Slightly dated property, needs maintenance - Cleaning is done once every 3 days, only if we request for it - Washing machine was not working initially. We had to call the front office to get this fixed - The curtain rod in the bathroom was held up without any fixtures and this kept falling off

I had travelled year end with family, this is family residence tower and well managed. 2 BHK apartment was very spacious and have everything available, basic kitchen equipment was available and i enjoyed my stay. Recommended for family and value of money. Location also very exceptional next to mall of muscat and lot of other malls.

Kitchen front, more focus is required and it may help guests like i booked two room, and both have differ, like one has a facility while the other has another facility. TV was not working and one room there was no Hot water kettle to make tea

The room cleaning schedule was not clean. They never came to clean. We had to request it and they even didn’t clean as they said they only clean when guest are there which is strange.

Facilities and location is great. I read lots of reviews which was mixed however our experience was great. Apartment was big enough and relatively clean. It’s next to all the big malls and eateries.

The kitchen was not propperly cleaned. It looked ok, but the cabinetshadles were sticky and some utencils were not propperly cleaned.

The apartmemt was large and spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a roomy kitchen and a large livingroom with both a diningtable and a sitting group. The beds were large and comfortable.

The apartment was not very clean. Dirty floor, curtains with dirty spots, very dirty balconies. The kitchen was not shiny. It was not toilet paper, and one water flush did not work (I must admit that these issues were solved in one hour after my request to staff). The gas stove didn't work. There was an additional electrical stove - it was ok. In general, the apartment was not cosy: cleanness, view (some shabby buildings, garbage view from the balcony)
