Dinner service could have been better organized.

We were upgraded to a better room and the breakfast was good. The owners son took us around the garden area, described the different plants and was very friendly.

Rooms are basic but have everything you need. Staff is super friendly. You definitely need a car to reach this. We stayed here for two nights before entering the desert. You can also take desert tours from staying within this hotel.

The apartment was clean, spacious and tidy. The Rest House owner Mr Mohammed Al Hajri and his son Mr Hamed made us feel quite comfortable. They gave us tips to visit nearby tourist places. The breakfast was quite yummy although with limited options but for Omani Riyal 2 it was more than money's worth.

The private Canyoning tour ist highly recommend. It seems to be expensive but when you finish it you will see that it is worth each Rial. Be aware that it is very demanding. You need experience, sufficient physis, and appropriate equipment. Some passages can only be made swimming. An experience, that you will never forget.

There is a picture of the water in the outdoor swimming pool in booking com. But I have never seen water in it. Have been there at least 5 times. Would love to go swimming!

Breakfast offerings were a waste of time initially but they did cook us fresh eggs and toast on request so all good.

Perfect for trips to Wadi Bani Khalid pools, only 45 min drive from the hotel. Liked the deserts sands located literally outside the back of the hotel. We stayed 2 nights and decided to upgrade to the small chalet room for 2ndnight as has it's own pool in the room! Well worth doing as this was amazing and filled with well water from deep in the ground which was warm and felt lovely on the skin!! Bit pricey but awesome!! Also most powerful shower so far in Oman.

The room looked a bit dated, but it was ok.

They sure got parking, and a nice garden. The place is next to the highway, so that was practical. Quick exit to Wadi Bani Khalid. Good food with quick service. Flexible owner, he can arrange tours, meals for groups, etc

Good located to combine Wahiba Sands and Wadi Bani Khalid. Rooms were simple, clean and relatively quiet given the fact that the Highway is nearby. Breakfast was good for a fair price. Staff was very kind. Good Spot for a Transit-Night. We would go there again.

Very well located inbetween the wadi and the desert. Nice rest house with tasty buffet dinner and breakfast. The owner is very nice and welcoming as well.

It’s a little old and shabby.

Our kids loved the indoor swimming pool with water feature. It was extremely spacious. Location was near to wadi bani Khalid. It has a bbq room too which we didn’t use but looked great.

The AC in our room was very noisy and did not work very well. The rest house is isolated and you will not find it comfortable unless you have a car

We chose this property because it was really close to Wadi Bani Khalid. The owner of the property was very friendly and made us feel like at home, they brought us tea to the room and prepared a nice breakfast in the morning

We arrived late but they made for us a dinner few minutes before closing, staff was perfect. Our appartement was very spacious and comfortable, very silent. This is the best option when you travel to Wadi Bani Khalid.

All in all, my friend and I were happy with the place

Mohamed the owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Perfect location to explore the area. Liked the option to order food for dinner. The Wi-Fi set up was great and had coverage over the entire property
