Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesThe choices of food at breakfast are very limited. We also had to call the staff to refill the food. And there was also one morning that the tomato they served was not fresh. It tasted bad already. There was no AC at the reception as well. There was one but not enough to ventilate the whole reception.

United KingdomIt could have been a bit cleaner, there was a stain on the curtain and some tissue under the bed. I could not always get the shower to run hot and the diverter valve on the shower needs fixing as it wouldn't always hold. However, I had everything I needed and for a budget hotel, it does the job.
I arrived very early due to my flight schedule and they allowed me to check in when I got there around 7:30am. I was very grateful for this as I was really tired. The room was functional and comfortable in a location close to shops, restaurants and Qurum beach. The breakfast on offer was varied and included traditional savory food to set me up with fuel for the day. The wifi connection was strong and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean.

OmanI'm sorry to the Filipino manager I appreciate that you upgraded my room into junior suite but that brings more stress and dissapointment. No refrigerator,no bottled water ,the bath tub is not that so clean and no stopper .And most frustrating is the internet connection that I have to call and complained for 40 mins waiting to fix it .. just because in my room is theres no router. I think La Rosa has to review all the complaints here because I cant see any improvement base on my stay that I've read as well the reviews about the Hotel .It's really stressing instead of Relaxing . And though you give me a complimentary breakfast I didn't took it because I don't want to think that I have to put some good feedback here which is not true
