While our experience with the restaurant and food was amazing, the experience during check in/ check out was not quite stand up to that level. When we arrived, no one helped us with the luggage. The staffs were chatting over the counter and didn’t even bother to stop for saying hello or welcome, or offering help with the luggage despite seeing that we were carrying a small baby. Check out was the same staff, same unfriendly attitude.

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel. We love everything about the facility, the room and amenities of the place. Everything is small but lovely. We booked a suite so it was spacious for our family of 3. The restaurant is very good, tasty food and nice people, especially Shams who was very friendly and attentive.

The access to the beach is a 10 mins. Walk - in the heat that’s quite challenging with no golf cars to drive you there. Also, the water is full of algae at the beach. While the beach itself is clean and pretty, the water can’t be entered..

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was with a big selection and tasty. The room clean and beautiful, same for the pool.

Plumbing in the bathroom kept on leaking even after notifying and house keeping attended the issue, but couldn't repair.

There are some probably power generators at the hotel that make a constant noise. We were there for two days, so it didn't bother me, but for a longer stay it would probably bother me a lot.

Very nice “costal town” resort at the marina. Absolutely top cuisine. You can swim in the sea right next to the hotel, but it's a short drive to a proper sandy beach (which is beautiful btw.)

- The hotel is located on a stub ended road, therefore, if you are planning to explore other destinations starting your way from the hotel in mornings and returning back to the hotel in evenings be prepared to pass 40-50 minutes root back and forth just in order to get to the main road. - The hotel has four floors, but the lift goes only between 1 and 3 floors, therefore, if you are staying on the 4th floor, you will also need to use staircase in order to get from the 3rd floor to 4th floor.

- The hotel is located on a very big territory that includes apartments, villas, the hotel with swimming pool, several restaurants, SPAR shop, etc. There is also a private bay with wharf for yachts and private beach, so there is much area for a walk.)) - Four restaurants nearby the hotel offer different food. In the restaurant closest to the hotel buffet dinner is offered for the price of 10 reals per person (children below 7 years old are free of charge). - Strong Wi-Fi signal on the territory of the hotel. - Comfortable and modern room and the hotel. - Very good breakfast.

super nice hotel in a quiet area a bit outside of Muscat (45min drive) hotel is located in an own area/port. the private beach is in walking distance (5-6min walk along the port) and very beautiful, with bar, sunchairs, bathroom, ... we had breakfast and dinner included, both had a huge buffet with a big variety of food. they also have two restaurants next to the hotel (japanese & turkish). the room was big enough for 2 people, big bathroom and balcony included. stuff was very friendly :)

Aircon a bit cold and difficult to adjust. The kettle also didn't automatically stop.

Lights are dim. You tube and Netflix are not programmed as they said the TV is not a smart TV. Amenities like tissues, towel, slippers, toothbrushes are not present and ready at the time of check.

It is spacious place and the site and view is excellent. And customer service is good as well as they permit us to have a late check-out.

Our room was affected hugely by the humidity and all our belongings got very damp. Maybe worth checking the doors fittings as our door was shut, but the humidity was still coming in.
