It's really a minor thing but that line of orange bags in the sea surrounding the beach interrupt the sea view, a pity, it ruins a bit the postcard.

The resort, service and surrounding scenery are just stunning, definitely a special place if you want something unique and different.

The fnb was outrageously expensive. The resort is high end and deserves to be highly priced but the food, the drinks, the dinners were so overpriced and the quality does not justify the price.

The mood, the set up, the villa.. the landscape and the design of the resort were so nice..

What a place. The kids very the happiest children also. Said who takes care of the kids was the best and our children did not want to leave. The hotel is stunning. Great food, amazing view and nature. Best holiday!

Exceptional : Service, design, breakfast and beach. Very Good: comfort, water, views Good: dinning options. The only thing I would say is average ( for this hotel level) is the food in all restaurants.

Dinners were confusing, with different restaurants open on different nights and serving different themes (although the food was excellent). Wait staff seemed to have a habit of interrupting you in the middle of a mouth full of food/ during an in depth conversation with your partner and would take away your plates/ cups/ glasses before you had a chance to finish some dishes which was disappointing.

Band and ballroom dancing was a little off, for a resort of this standard.

People were fantastic - warm and hospitable. Excellent Food, breakfast Lunch Dinner Commend the organisation of pick up and drop off at the border. Excellent Magician and Indian dancing. Loved the New year party and the team were exceptional. The games and journey to dinner was great. The lighting of the lanterns was memorable and special. Exceptional Buffet and drinks thank you.

The arrival road is very dangerous.... the cleanliness is very superficial and for what you pay they should have much more courtesy attention... for a hotel of this type I mean, where everything should be perfect down to the smallest detail

It seems like it never arrives…. but then magically behind the cliff you find a pleasant surprise…

It was a unique experience and location with great restaurant (summer house) and what made the experience even better was our hostess SEHRISH who was super nice, loving, energetic and very helpful., she's like the most polite person you'll ever meet. Overall it was a great experience.

The staff is extremely professional and made our stay very pleasant. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, the water is crystal clear and you can literally swim amongst giant turtles. The food and drinks are exceptional in every restaurant. We stayed for 2 nights only but there were so many options that we couldn’t try all the restaurants. Our favorite was the Sense on the Edge which not only has a breathtaking view of the bay but the dishes are gorgeous and service is fantastic. This is a must-try during your stay.

We got the duplex villa, it needed maintenance.. we called to fix the AC and the boiler.. they immediately came and fix them.

High prices for acomodation and activities

The place is wonderful. However very expensive, it is absolutely Perfect. Perfect food, perfect pools, perfect rooms, perfect GEM, mr feroz, who made my stay even more special.

- Some items in the room are aged and needed maintenance, like noisy AC, beach door jam, a burn bulb, etc… - Would be nice if the hotel can serve cold beverages in the afternoon at the beach area as there were none - Would recommend to put some fresh water showers in the beach area It might not sound a big deal but for the value of money I was looking for a perfection
