Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. The room facilities with a little kitchen and washing machine are a bonus. Recommended for family stay.

SloveniaCan confirm what some other reviewers mentioned which is that staff are really what makes this hotel stand out. Really helpful and lovely all of them, but special thanks to Joanne - made it possible to check in early, after arriving on overnight flight. Also offered free late check out on departure. The hotel itself is next to Panorama mall and Al Meera supermarket which is really handy. You need a car in Muscat as it is not a walkable city. Grand Qaboos Mosque is not far, but it was just too hot to walk. Free bottles of water in the room also nice touch. The swimming pool is great - perhaps can improve the whole towel situation. The studio was large and clean, the bed super comfortable. Kitchen adequately equipped, there is also a washing machine. A/C had a mind of its own but managed to figure it out. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but breakfast is available at the Radisson which is few doors up the street. It is a buffet, but comes at a steep price of 10 OR. Food court at Panorama mall which comprises of a few fast food options.

GermanyThe gym is not very inviting and we did not visit the pool, but that was not the purpose of our stay anyways.
This is not a five star location or hotel but I am giving a five star review because of the great value for money. We stayed here for almost a week as a family and had a very nice and big two room apartment with a washing machine and two decent bathrooms. Very comfortable for a family! We didn’t expect much as the deal was so cheap. But what we got exceed our expectations! - a good breakfast with decent variety - a clean apartment with comfortable bedding, although some things need more maintenance (the curtains are in some parts ripped for example and some of the many lamps did not work) - the location is good and easily accessible - free parking spaces - daily cleaning of the apartment and free water - lots of cabinet space. The panorama mall itself seems pretty dead with many shops closed and not much going on. However; the supermarket around the corner is really practical and you can get basically everything you need If you need a cost-efficient base for sightseeing in Muscat as a family, I’d recommend it! One safety warning: the balconies are not at all safe for small children so make sure they never open the windows.

Very comfortable hotel. Nicely located and had a lot of malls in the vicinity. The hotel is nicely located with a supermarket within a few meters and has a few restaurants around. The staff is very helpful whether reception or the housekeeping. Breakfast is good, rooms were clean and comfortable beds.
