We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

OmanThe hotel room was dirty, even basics amenities we ahd to ask for it, and the worst experience was that there was bed bugs all over the headboard and bed in general. Room was smelly. When asked for refund they made us wait for 2hrs and when we asked for full refund they charged us for 1 night stay and said you can only refund the remaining days. Despite showing them videos and photos as proof.!
Nothing to like in this hotel, no hospitality, cleanliness was next to nothing, no where it says "suite" or even "hotel" as an experience.

OmanThe room was dirty, full of dust and insects (aunts and cocrach). Beds sheet were dirty and the place is very crowded with very limited car parking. The enterance is very narrow.
The location is in city center and all shops are in walking distance. The management agreed to change our stay to Star Emirated Furnished Apartment which was nearby and we didnt have to pay anything extra. I recommend you go for star emirates Furnished Apartment but the suite one is a BIG NO NO!
