Our stay was during Ramandam so unfortunatley alcohol could only be drank in one restaraunt this was not highlighted before the trip and annaounce only on arrival.

the service and food were exceptional , the italian head chef should be commended.

The Long Pool was just amazing. Generally speaking the Chedi was a very comfortable stay, you can chose among three swimming pools, Three restaurants.. Also the breakfast was delicious.

We stayed in a Serai Room which felt a bit small and basic for the price. I wish we’d spent a little more as the slightly bigger rooms are more value for money. The only other thing is the use of plastic bottles for water and shower gel, I’d expect a hotel of this quality to use something more sustainable. But very minor things in an otherwise fantastic stay!

Everything is stunning. The architecture is in beautiful, modern Arabian style, with gorgeous gardens and facilities. Service and food were impeccable, and they let us have a late checkout due to a late flight. Whilst the overall hotel is definitely high end and focused on adults, the area we stayed in was very child friendly.

The hotel is very elegant and serene. The architecture is simple but very stylish. It has a calmness as the site is so big, everything is well spread out. Even the sunloungers and beds around the pools are nicely spread out. A very stylish hotel.

Nothing really. Rained on one of the days!! Mini bar and tea and coffee were not updated daily, but were provided promptly on request.

Chedi is a phenomenal property. The multiple pools and spaces made us feel that we could have privacy and private space. It has to be the best hotel gym I have ever seen. Phenomenal. Food is brilliant, and not overly priced. The quality of staff was absolutely standout. Great room - very comfortable.

I would like to bring to your attention a recurring issue that has been causing me some frustration during my recent visits to the hotel. I have noticed that the hotel staff continuously ask me whether I am an in-house guest or a visitor each time I interact with them ( I am Arabian and wearing hijab) , While I understand the importance of ensuring security and guest identification, the frequent inquiries about my status have started to feel repetitive and somewhat intrusive. It gives the impression that my presence is being questioned repeatedly, which is beginning to affect my overall experience at the hotel.

I like everything. I'd like to thank MANAR from the reception , she is the only one that makes a difference and create a welcoming atmosphere. I also would like to thank NASSER from the concierge desk for everything. The omani employees are so professionalism and friendly.

The wifi away from the hotel towards the beach or the swimming pool fell away very quickly to be at times ususeable

The style and design of the hotel was incredible, and the attention to detail of the whole hotel was faultless. In particular the staff were all amazing, from the concierge to the restaurant staff to the room service, always smiling, always helpful and nothing was too much bother and no request was too much to be accommodated

The lady who greeted us was the only issue I had with the stay, she was not very welcoming and overcharged our deposit, this problem was resolved however she did not explain or apologise why this happened after we had clearly signed for the correct amount initially. We decided to pay at property however she was very focused on this rather than welcoming us like the other staff did. At checkout reception tried to charge us again for the stay, we had already paid on arrival, it was not communicated well. We had to ask for the deposit to be released. This was the only issue as all the other staff were very professional

Nothing to dislike in this property. The costs of Food & Beverage on premises are quite high, but it is quite in line with the country standards & costs of living, in similar properties.

Upon arrival in The chedi immerse yourself in the quiet luxury of Oman. Great decoration & lifestyle of the premises, not overwhelmingly invading the subtle atmosphere of the country. An impeccable welcoming service is omnipresent in all the facilities on the grounds of the property, pampering guests at all occasions. Luxurious breakfast buffet & a la Carte. Great pools, with 3 different locations, according to the sun presence and service offered, around a luxurious garden. Great SPA and Fitness facilities.
