Food options are limited and the swimming pool could have heater, but I was not expecting much as the booking was very budget friendly

The location of the resort is simply amazing, nestled in the mountains. The staff are super friendly. This is one of the best budget friendly getaways if you want to come out of the busy city life.

Room amenities are of average quality and not very good. Pool water is not good. Bugs and flies were too much during the stay, i recommend others to keep bug killer racket with them. Food options at resturant were limited.

Remote location. Amazing theme of resort. Grocery and resturants are nearby about 12 minz drive. Cooperative staff.

Definitely the food options. would be amazing if the food options were improved as the location is quite far out to have access to any basic food like fruits etc.

unfortunately the place is somewhat rundown. first we got a room with a bathtub that was cracked on the inside, not a great thing. so they switched us to the room next door. Also the woodwork, tiles of swimmingpool were loose/missing. rusty stairs. lots of musquitos in the room. The man in the reception said we needed to pay in cash and that I couldn't pay with card. Eventually with help from the Indian colleague he grabbed the pin-device. Pretty strange.

The location is beautiful! What a lovely place. At night when you not really see how rundown is it it looks very nice with the colors. The Indian crew members were really nice and helpful, lovely!

The attraction of the location to the surrounding habitats is without fair management. Some of the kids' activities (climbing and rope sliding) are not in the best shape. Local touring programs are not announced for early booking.

Isolated compound ready to provide peace and natural accommodation. Artistic masterworks in most corners of the compound. The pool is good and simple. Breakfast is not the best thing to wait for, but lunch was tailored to our needs from the local cousins.

Though the resort is nice but it is located very far from the downtown (approximately 45 mins drive by car). There are no near restaurants or supermarkets. The restaurant needs to improve the dine in options for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with the quality. It is very Hot in summer, probably would be a better destination for winter time (October to February).

The resort was very nice with amazing pool and beautiful animal statues and fountain decorations. There were nice areas for kids activities such as rock climbing and zip line. The rooms were clean and spacious with good value of money, and are fully equipped with air conditions and refrigerators. There are toilets everywhere so you don't have to go back to the room if you require one. The staff are very friendly. Located near to wadi Sharam. Since it was very Hot during summer the best entertainment was the pool.

There are so many facilities to do and has a great potential but the place needs to be cleaned and maintained.

Location is really good. If you want to go away from Dubai busy life this is right place for you. Its just 2hrs drive from Dubai and just nearby to Buraimi boarder. Staffs - especially Abdullah really makes the place more enjoyable.

Since the resort is far away from anything, it is best to have quite a few varieties of food in the restaurant. The breakfast needed upgrades as it was only hard boil eggs, plain omelet, Arabic bread and a cup of foul beans. Also, the restaurant didn't accept card payment. We thought it can be charged to our room since they asked for our room number. Upon checking out, we were asked to pay in cash. Luckily we have just enough cash on the dots. 1 sen extra, we could have been in trouble.

The place is secluded with amazing views of the mountains. It is perfect for family with many kids friendly activities; large pool, playground & wall climbing. We are staying in a unique room as if we are living inside a cave. The area is properly maintained and beautifully decorated. Best short trip to Oman.

good value for the money, staff was friendly location is beautiful, but it is the middle of mountain so be ready to bring all what you need since there is no where close to buy it. There is a nice playground for the kids.

Nothing major to complain about. Not much to do during hot sunny days.

Nice hotel close to the UAE border. We really enjoyed facilities for kids, as well as the barbecue.

Beautiful setting, the staff was so friendly and very helpful. The pizza we ordered for dinner was delicious! Swimming pool was very clean, great resort to relax and spend quality time with the family.
