Very clean apartment in a good location

No portable water. Sparsely equipped kitchen in regard to cooking (but the host was nice to supply us with specific things we needed to prepare food).

We booked just a room and ended up having a 6 bed room apartment to ourselves the whole weekend. Friendly, accommodating and responsive host who did what she could to make us feel welcome. Free secure covered parking for our motorcycles. Spacious and very clean kitchen. Good facilities for doing laundry. Many restaurants, well assorted grocery stores and even a really good gym within 5 minutes from the front door.

The shower doesn't have hot water and no soap or shampoo for us itinerant people who don't carry these supplies with us while travelling.

Excellent host, great location in a safe neighbourhood with lots of eateries and restaurants around, also near a large 24-hour supermarket and within walking distance to El Carmen metro station. You receive excellent communication from Alan, who knows English for instructions on where to find the apartment and what to do when arriving. The host gave a full orientation of the apartment and told me all the things I could do, and was so nice to have woken up at 4am to ensure I could exit the building after checking out. great wifi in the room, also you are able to wash your clothes and dry them quickly on the balcony. The kitchen has everything you need to do your own cooking if needed, and fridge space for your food. There was no one else staying at the apartment while I was there so it felt like I had the whole place to myself.

The host is very kind, good AC and very clean appartment! I was more than a hour to late for the check-in but this no problem at al. The location is also great and feels very safe at day and night. Also you have a nice view from the balcony

Alan and Lucia are such warm and welcoming hosts. They go extra mile in order to make their guests feel comfortable. I booked one week then ended up staying there for three weeks. The location is good, pretty safe neighborhood, the whole appartment is very spacious and super clean. I will definitely stay there again if I’m in Panama City again.

The fact that I had to leave.

I liked everything staff were amazing. Despite the language barrier everything was communicated. This will be my home in Panama. Alan and Lucy made our stay memorable. What I really like is that I was close to everything

The neighborhood is not very picturesque but frankly none of Panama City is.

I have travelled to many countries and stayed in a lot of shared apartment environments like this one. But I don't think I've ever had better hosts than the good people who rent bedrooms here. They were great to deal with and made sure I had what I needed. As an example, towards the end of my stay there was a problem with the internet service. They addressed the problem right away, including having a technician come out and fix it the same day. The apartment itself is comfortable with a good kitchen and a washing machine, and I found the other guests there during my lengthy stay to be very congenial. For the money I don't think I could have found a better accommodation in PC.

Amazing. Close to food. Lucia and Javier are wonderful hosts. Javier gave me a tour of the city. I have stayed at youth hostels and this is much better. A comfortable room with a kitchen and refrigerator that you can use. Plus, the hosts help with a local phone chip and explain issues to make the stay more relaxing. I cannot wait to come back

There was nothing really that I didn't like... for a shared accommodation... and as a digital nomad looking for a comfortable home base... this checked all my boxes.

Without question, my hosts Javier and Lucia where the best hosts I've ever encountered in my travels -- I know that's a pretty grand statement, but they went out of their way to help with any need I expressed - even though I don't speak any Spanish, I found online translators more than filled any communication gaps... the kind of care and service I received told me a lot about who Javier and Lucia are as people -- Because of them, I would go back in a heartbeat. This 10th floor apartment is a simple shared accommodation. The place was clean, safe and well organized. You had your own allocated space or section in the fridge as well as the kitchen & bathroom cupboards. There was good WiFi (and I'm a digital nomad), AC (in your bedroom only), a very usable kitchen, laundry and drinkable tap water - there was even a comfortable balcony to sit with your laptop and a tea or coffee. The room itself was basic and functional with a wardrobe style closet with hangers, drawers and shelves, twin single beds and a TV (which I never used). The location was also great... I was there for a multi-day conference at the Hilton on Balboa and it was an easy 10 minute walk (even though Google says 17min). I was looking for a basic, cost effective home base to sleep and make a few meals while at a conference, and this place along with the hospitality shown by Javier & Lucia exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making it such a warm and welcoming stay.

I have no complaints

My host Javier was simply fantastic. He was very helpful and always available to answer my questions and provide advise on everything from sites to visit to covid testing locations. He even let me use his desk. The other tenants were friendly and considerate. I will definitely recommend this place.

This is my own fault but I did not notice that the family was living there and that I would not be alone in the apartment.

The host was so accommodating and great to work with.
