Great room with a stunning view of the Iglesia Nuestra Señora de La Merced from its terrace, which was ideal to enjoy Easter processions. The location is great, the service is outstanding and the menu is really well-rounded, with local as well as international dishes. Quite an enjoyable place with a pool, gym, service room, and nice lobby/restaurant to read or relax.

It was very difficult to regulate the water temperature in the shower. Beyond that our stay was picture perfect.

Breakfast was wonderful and Jesus took very good care of us every single morning. The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the room darkening curtains. Our view faced out the back of the hotel with one window facing the church. The location could not have been better.

The fixed breakfast was a little limiting for a vegetarian, but the restaurant was beautiful and the staff was beyond helpful.

The location was great, right next to alot of cute restaurants and really central to the safer walkable areas of old town. The room was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable, the balcony was adorable. The amenities and little aesop bottles were lovely, it's so nice to use high quality products on vacation and not have to pack them. The pool was perfect in the middle of a hot day.

Absolutely nothing was lacking in this hotel. As other guests have mentioned, it was a little noisy in the square by the hotel at night, but we found it charming and the noise didn't detract from our stay. And earplugs were provided if guests wanted them.

This hotel was beautiful, perfect location, and the staff exceptional. From the moment we arrived we were treated as though we were special guests (we weren't). Our room in this historic hotel was large and comfortable. And the location was perfect!

Only down side was late disco/music from bar opposite side of the square.

Excellent location in old town near to lots of sights, bars, restaurants. Nice room overlooking square. Good facilities in room. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Can we make an agreement with the rooftop lounge across the street to reduce volume, bass or just change up the music every 5 mins for variation, or how about volume down after 10pm?

The room was well lit during the day. However, nighttime lighting was inadequate. Service during breakfast was slow. Food options were limited and lacked flair. The availability of more English language TV channels would be beneficial but not necessary.

Hotel was within walking distance of attractions, restaurants and shops that were of interest to us. The view from the balcony that overlooked the square was excellent. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Room temperature was comfortable.

The sound of the Bells from Iglesia next the hotel. Every 15 minutes from 6.30am to 10pm. Terrible. The management of the hotel should make arrangement with the church. This is bad for business.
