It was a bit noisy with all the traffic of downtown.

The suites were big and roomy, with full amenities. This location also provided more English speaking channels in their TV line-up than any other place we stayed.

The hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. Very nice bed, lots of towels, hot shower, and nice amenities. Breakfast was very good at this price point. Much more than an average continental breakfast with scrambled eggs and protein.

The Hotel was spotless, the breakfast had a nice selection, and the pool was clean. I felt safe in this hotel because even though the access to the rooms was next to the front reception you still needed your electronic key to unlock the door. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to visit Panamá City yet keep their stay cost effective.

I didn't expect the facility to be so old. It reminded me of how I envision Cuba (although I've never been) - old, classical Spanish architecture, which is maintained to the extent possible yet still exhibiting signs of aging. So the place had its charm but it's very different from what I have envisioned and expected. From the images posted on booking.com I got and impression the facility was new while in reality is something like a 80-100 years old building with absolutely no view out of the window for the entire building! I requested jungle view thinking it faces the forest based on Google, but it was a different building that did not belong to the hotel! I wrote in special requests: "Jungle view, please. I'm taking my binoculars." I received an email saying: "We are pleased to let you know that the accommodation has confirmed they will be able to arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this request. " The view of the window that I got was as captured in my images. That was quite misleading. So my room (and all rooms in that wing) face a wall within a meter from the window. It's quite depressing to look out of the window because it looks like I'm staying in a bunker. Also, my flight got delayed so I asked to shorten my stay by one night. I paid $135 for two nights through booking.com, which is overpriced for Panama but I thought I'm paying for quality. The reply that I received was: "We have made the change to your reservation but the same rate change to $94.00 plus taxes. Please keep in mind that this is an exception and if your reservation does not arrive, you will be charged that penalty." While I appreciate the little flexibility here, I certainly didn't expect to pay $103 with taxes for a 6-hour long stay. In Panama, away from the city, it's not worth $100/night. Maybe half of that price would be fair. Maybe...

I loved the cleanliness and the extra effort made to protect the food and the utensils from unnecessary exposure. E.g. all the utensils were face down so it was convenient to grab the handle, all food was covered either with a lid or with a plastic wrap, reducing chances of insects or other contamination. I really loved it! Even the cups in my room were all wrapped in plastic providing me with the comfort that they will be clean when I open them.

Their website needs to be actual, they do not offer shuttle to/ from airport and neither shuttle to and from Albrook Mall. The shuttle is one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Big deception for us. Also no communication through their website, they never replied to our messages.

The fact that Priceline booked through booking.com my reservation and when I found myself in another country trying to get some customer service they gave me the runaround and I ended up paying much more to save my family's stay

It was clean. It was well situated as far as stairs and elevator, check-in was easy check out was simple. I liked that Friday’s restaurant was right there, which made it very convenient. Plus the breakfast at the hotel was wonderful. Much better than many hotels I’ve stayed at in Panama City.
