Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

QatarThe apartment has a kitchen that is functional although a bit worn down and a bit small. The gym could use some additional equipment.
Visited the hotel with family during Christmas. A nice small apartment comfortable enough to house 3 adults and 2 kids. Other than that, the public facilities are good, a nice pool and a small gym. The only downside is the hotel location as it is a bit removed from everywhere. Having said that, it is only a 3 - 5 dollar UBER ride to wherever you want to go...

CanadaWe had arranged an airport pickup with the hotel but when we arrived in Panama City the driver was not there. We took a taxi from the airport which actually cost much less than the Marriott shuttle service. When we arrived at the hotel we received an email giving us the shuttle driver’s phone number to call when we arrived in Panama but we were already on our flight when it had been sent.
A very good sized and well equipped apartment in a good location.

United StatesIt’s a little older hotel, but has all the things you need . Covid made it a little complicated, mandatory wear in Panama of masks, but we were happy to be there.
The space, king bed, kitchen, table with 4 chairs, sitting area, working desk, shower in bathroom. The area, very central, walking to the boulevard at the sea and the use of Uber in Panama. Walking to restaurants who are very good but European priced, the staff of the hotel, very helpful and friendly. Nice pool and fitness center. Also a restaurant with good food.

Fantastic restaurnt and roof top pool. We didn't care for the location, however, Uber is only a $3-$5 ride anywhere you want to go. Budget and Thrifty are across the street.
