The Pillows and carpet very smelly (like not well dried) the rooms seems to be a outdated there is no fridge

There were holes in the ceiling and buckets in the floor to catch rain leaks. The hotel is clean but it seems to be in need of reparations at the moment. Breakfast was not bad but I would consider it limited compared to other hotels that offer more variety for the price.

The beds in our room were very comfortable, and the location is near a few strip malls and so we were able to walk around and explore a bit while in the area. The decor is outdated but holds charm to a different era, with an inviting atmosphere.

There was a chemical smell on our floor that was pretty noxious. The rug in our room was pretty icky, so you didn't want to step on it barefoot. Those two things took our impression of the place down a notch.

People were friendly and location was good. Staff was great. Food in the restaurant was great and reasonably priced.

Bed was bit old just confy enough, only 2 pillows. Tools were not always changed but removed without exchanging them. Gym need a revamp and sona was not working. We feel that it is a old hotel without good maintenance schedule or remplacement. Staff were ok no issues with them nor exceptional.

Room was big enough and clean. Pool was clean. Nice view and big window with 3 row of curtes so no light pass by the morning. Daily room cleaning.

Hard to tell. Maybe I would think of getting more newer furniture. In general all was good.

We booked the room just for a few hours of layover in Panama. Because there was no place to drop our luggage at the airport. So it was our kind of of a luggage storage place and a shower. We never stayed overnight. So from what I can tell. Generally hotel it seems really nice. Good view and location. Had pool area. Dining. Professional receptionists. Rooms were pretty big. (Got with 2 beds)

I specifically chose the hotel because of the advertised fact that they had a bathtub in the room. When we ran the bath shortly after check-in, there was no water. Reported to reception who were in no hurry to help. Promised to have it fixed in the morning. It wasn't fixed. Checked out without having had a hot bath.

The hotel itself is lovely.

I spent there 2 nights. On the first night i felt very badly because of the airconditioning. I couldn't breathe well because the air coming from the airconditioning was very bad. I stopped immediately. And did not use it at the rest of my stay. But when i came home i got very ill. From that time i am ill i have high fever. And about a week i am ill Please make maintenance of room 412!!! In this month i go there 2 more times. But i am not willing to go to room 412

If you want hot/warm Water for shower you need the keep the water running first for 4-5 min till u get it, Old TV , and pillows are not comfortable the hotel itself need renovations and to get painted for outside. Room service can be beter. Breakfast buffet is reasonable but can also be better.

Very good Location and the view from the Window is amazing , easy access to Bus station and 12 min walk to Metro Station , the swimming pool is nice and clean, wifi was good. Room size is big , ice cold water with fruits for free by the reception everyday. Reception staff are friendly and helpful.

Hot water wasn’t available in the bathtub nor shower, but in the sink, you can tell the place needs some renovations like the old tv, outside painting and shower

Old muffy and dusty carpet all over the hotel. The hotel need some renewal and maintenance. Overal it’s a great comfortable hotel.

The bed. The mattresses need upgrading. And more pillows. My reservation said “queen bed” but I was given a double one.
