Very clean and neat hotel. Fully fills the 5 Star catagory for Panama hotels. Personell are very friendly and always willing to help you at their best. Great breakfast.

location was ideal, transportation was easy, and staff was very helpful, if I needed a taxi. Breakfast was very good, facilities were always clean. The bonus for me was the staff were consistently pleasant and willing to help in anyway. The lively modern decor throughout was uplifting.

Must have had a new person at the front desk. He seemed confused and provided misinformation a few times. Wrong time on when the pool closed, called the room about receipts, then changed his mind. There is no fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. I needed to go to the bar to get ice each day because it melts so fast.

The room was good, nice shower. Staff was friendly. The food was excellent. The pool was refreshing and quiet. Easy access to restaurants, pharmacy across the street, as well as a small market. Able to store luggage for early check-in. Nice breakfast buffet.

Brand new hotel was immaculate and comfortable. Great central location. Very safe. Very comfortable bed. Great pillows. Breakfast was included and was fantastic. Great neighborhood. Easy walk to mini markets, restaurants, shopping. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you to the staff for a great stay.

This hotel needs better Air conditioning in the rooms. It was very humid. It felt like a swamp cooler instead of air conditioning. The toilet seat slips when you sit on it.

Staff was super courteous and attentive. Hotel was clean. Great value. I would stay there again.

No tissues in the room. No wash clothes. We had a suite with kitchenette which was useless because there was limited cooking pots pans or utensils. No sharp knife. No paper towels. One dish cleaning pad which was probably reused between guest. Should have had washable dish clothes.

Nice facility in a good location. Free parking with Valet. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. Rooftop pool. Bar had reasonable prices. Clean and modern. Secure. Duel A/C in suite bedroom and outer room. Comfortable beds. Quality bath robes.

Some badly educated people came to the swimming pool with their loudspeaker and music. It should be forbidden.

Good situation 200 m from the metro Iglesia del carmen in a relatively safe area. Some minisupermarkets around. All personal friendly and polite. Huge hotel with 2 lifts. Large room with comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Good view from large windows. Fridge. TV. Wi-Fi strong. Lots of lights. Daily room cleaning. Buffet breakfast very good with lots of things. The breakfast area is pleasant. Rooftop with a swimming pool and room for weight or exercise training . Good value for money. This is one of the cheapest 5 or 4 stars in the area. The pictures on Booking.com reflect well this hotel.

It is located on a rather busy street, although at night the traffic is not so dense.

The breakfast is really, really good and diverse. It is a buffet breakfast. Facilities are all very nice, and the staff is very friendly and professional. A guarded parking is located very close and included in the price of stay. All the rooms have an A/C and a small fridge. We have spent a total of five nights at this hotel (four, plus one after our return from Costa Rica). It was, all in all, a very good experience.

hot water wasn't hot enough (over 40degrees celsius) for my liking! we had cutlery left in the room and housekeeping did not take it away despite coming in to clean on a daily basis! no box tissue in toilet

super modern hotel with a good size room really great quality breakfast. eggs, bacon and pancake were on point and I like the selection of fruits like pineapple and papaya beds were so comfortable and soft and clean, I had the best quality sleep and feeling refreshed daily soundproofing was adequate as well, didn't get disturbed from those outside. complimentary water was a nice touch and it was refilled everyday location was perfect, walking distance (7min) from the metro station and a nearby big supermarket a lot of socket plugs in the room which was convenient for charging appliances

The staff was amazing!! Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping. Well located in the city, places to go via foot and the metro was very close as well. There was a good variety at breakfast which was fresh every day. Also, the food at the restaurants was delicious. The hotel and rooms are tastefully decorated.

Well, I don't believe the pool side bar was open when I was using it. I don't remember if I arrived too late for that to be reasonable, or if it simply wasn't staffed. In either case, it's not the end of the world. The bar on the first floor was open.

The breakfast was superb. Honestly, it was probably one of the most complete of any of the breakfast buffets I had while traveling this year. Many breakfasts have only a few hot cooked options and they had a number of them. The room was excellent, as well were the beds.

Only negative is the TV reception was erratic. Reception suggested it was due to work being done in the area?

I did not like or appreciate the fact that me and my sister were staying on the 7th floor the air conditioning was not working ,we was down graded to a smaller Deluxe room for something that was not our fault ,we complain the room was to small and we did not had any storge space and they place us on the 3rd floor with the worst air conditioning and a lil smaller room than the first. For the next 4 days of our stay i been waking up in the night drench in sweat ,we complain again and nothing was done. There was not a iron in the room you would have to request one ,i stay at other hotels that was not 5 star and had an iron in the room that was ridiculous. But they made up for it in service only reason I would stay there again. I also was expecting a room with a balcony which it does not have. When I book i also state in the special request section it was a birthday celebration that was a waste of time cause there was nothing special from them and my birthday was old years day that sucks.

I loveeee the staff ,its the staff that makes the hotel 5 star ,specifically Kathy (amazing) and the other young beautiful natural hair receptionist. All of the security was exceptional especially the shortest one think his name is Hugo and the older gentleman with the bald head you guys made my stay perfect always there waiting to take your bags that hotel would not be the same without you guys,thank you 100%.Breakfast was always nice and the staff you guys are great keep up the good job.
