The neighborhood doesn’t have much to offer, in terms of bars and restaurants, and walkability.

Very well kept, clean, and easy to get to. Also has water view, a great pool area, and hands down the nicest gym I have ever seen in a hotel.

There was a conference on in the hotel so there was lots and lots of people everywhere. No fault of the hotel just timing really.

The junior suite was beautiful. The room was massive, the decor lovely, the bathroom huge and even had its own office area which was great!

Very spacious room & bathroom for us as a family with super comfortable beds we loved it. Great breakfast buffet with lots of options, fresh juices etc. Huge professional gym, big pool with beds. Good restaurant at the pool too.

The breakfast was extremely over prized. 57 usd for 2 persons, and not better than average. The serving of coffee and tea was very slow. The toast was could before we got any tea. No tomato juice, or other kind, just orange juice. No dark bread, just white weat bread. No unsweatened natural youghurt. With these minor improvments and faster Tea & coffee, we would be happy.

The beds were comfortable, and they were the main reason we booked this hotel. The location is ok with taxi 10 USD to the ord town. Staff were friendly.

Reception staff is very slow compared to other hotels. The AC pointed out directly to the bed and because of that I got sick

Maybe just the idea of being able to use the refrigerator in the room and also possibly having access to a microwave in the room. It would just be convenient when a guest has leftovers

It was the CLEANEST and FRIENDLIEST hotel I have EVER been in! I will be recommending this line of Hotels to all that I know. I am also even considering investing and doing timeshares with the Hilton line. When we visit Panama again we will DEFINITELY be staying at this location!!

A permanent unpleasant odor as you entered the room, but then it vanished

The room (2123) Premium Ocean view was beautiful, spacious, squeaky clean, with all the comforts and amenities you would expect from a Hilton Hotel, beautiful balcony with an extended ocean view. The staff courteous, professional and very helpful in all venues. People like Luis at the Bar with his witty humor and Alejandra in the Panamanian restaurant with her professional charm, go a long way in making a difference. First time I have seen in a Hotel a TV displaying all available channels summarized in one page with their logos, immensely facilitating the usual burden of identifying the available channels. Overall a great experience at the Balboa Hilton. Will surely return in our next trip ti Panama

Options in their menu were expensive. I understand it's THE Hilton hotel, but come on, 5 dollars for a beer that is less than 2 dollars in the market right around the corner?
