Helpful staff - they adjusted my stay as I was held up by one day with travel issues before I could arrive as originally planned. I let them know in advance. Close to 24 hour super market. Good kitchen. Lockers in rooms. Close to train station. Not too far to walk to the seaside and walk along the bayside boulevard. A very pleasant place to stay.

Good value, simple accommodation, not far from train station. They minded our bags all day which let us go sightseeing. Free coffee in the morning was appreciated, but I'm not sure if they are doing breakfast any more.

You only have access to Aircon between 9pm and 9am so the rooms can be a little hot during the day but you are usually out exploring the city. The location is close to a supermarket but to get to attractions in the city you will need to take an Uber/bus which is very cheap.

This hostel is big, clean and the shared kitchen is well equipped. There are many social areas and a pool, although the pool was closed during our visit. Our room was simple, clean and comfortable.

As stated in other reviews, the area feels a bit rough, especially at night. But it's close to metro and good value for money. Was an odd vibe with some solo older guys hanging around the hostel all day.

Large and well stocked kitchen, will hold bags during San Blas. Private room was comfortable and good AC. Small but nice pool and outdoor areas are good for chilling.

The hostel itself was nice but I didn't felt comfortable in the area where the hostel is located which is why I wouldn't book there again. Also I stayed for two nights and my bed was changed after one night without notifying me and all my stuff was put away (I don't know for which reason because my "old" bed was empty the other night too).

Everything is kept tidy. The animals are friendly and the staff excellent. There is no alcohol coming in with guests as before so the evenings are quieter and one can sleep early if desired, although drinks are available from the bar. Guests are always a pleasure to meet and share stories with, too.

Location within walking distance to store and restaurants. Place has a good pool and mini bar to hangout. Staff are very responsive to the needs of guests.

The hostel needs some TLC, pool doesn't look very clean and the sofas are very old and worn. The air con is turned on late at 9pm and there are no fans in the room so in the evenings it is very hot in the hot. Same in the morning because the air con is turned off at 9am. The vibe also feels a little weird, it's not very social if you need that.
