Elevators are so slow. Only 2 for such a huge hotel doesn’t make sense. U loose 5-10 min everytime.

Room and bathroom needs refurnishment. Too short working hours of the pool, only until 7 pm and I was not able to use it at all due to schedule and obligations I had. On the check-out a request to spend one extra hour at the swimming pool area seemed 'problematic' ?! It was asked because of late afternoon flight.

Location suited my needs. Room had a nice view and it was spacious. Lady at the reception desk was very skilled and competent, check-in and bill settlement was smooth.

Amazing staff, super helpful and friendly. The pool is lovely, room was spacious and bed was super comfortable. Great breakfast too. I also had an excellent massage and a pedicure in the spa!

Some employees’ engagement with guests was mostly perfunctory. No sense of common courtesy when passing staff in lobby areas. Concierge should be wearing a smile, not seemingly disinterested in her position. In comparison, restaurant wait staff performed attentively and with desire to meet your expectations.

Rooms are a bit outdated, especially bathroom could use some renovation.

Hotel is situated next to the main avenue and just a few steps from Cinta Costera. I has a nice pool and well equipped fitness centre. Rooms are spacious and have a nice view of Cinta Costera, Casco Viejo and even entrance/ exit to/from the Panama Canal. There are quite a few bars and restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel has the rooms with connecting door and that unfortunately made that it sounded like the guest next door were standing in my room. In general I found the location to be noisy also from outside with motorcycles revving their engines. Rooms are adequate.

Perfectly fine hotel but not what I expected from the continental brand (but that might be my mistake). Breakfast is excellent and location of the hotel is conveniently close to nice restaurant options and shopping. Rooms are spacious.

Only one of the two guest elevators was working for the first two days. Signs indicated that the service elevator could be used but it was seldom available and stopped frequently. The bar only opens at 4:00 p.m. and the hotel is not within easy walking distance of alternate dining/drinking venues. The furniture in the room was very outdated. For an Intercontinental Hotel overall we found the standard quite low.

The beds were very comfortable. The restaurant was nicely decorated, large and airy, with relatively good food from the menu at reasonable prices. However, the food at the buffet for breakfast and lunch was mostly cold. The bar staff was very friendly and attentive.

it was in a bad shape. Everything seemed as if there was no management. The advertisements in the lift were dealoing with events that had happened 2 to 3 weeks earlier. Everything needed a modernisation. The lounge was not open for breakfast despite being told so a check-in

The rooftop pool (floor 20) has been closed for quite some time, but the pictures are still posted in the booking ad. It was one of the reasons I chose to enjoy the last sunny day in Panama and it is a possibility that no longer exists at the hotel. The breakast it's too expensive (23$ per person)

This hotel was in a great location. Central to everything. Fantastic view of the ocean. Large comfortable room. large pool with additional shallow area for small kids. Very good breakfast buffet. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was included in the hotel stay which was nice. My only complaint was the waffle iron kept sticking each day. I tried to explain to the staff that some type of oil or cooking spray needed to be applied to the waffle iron. The staff insisted this was not the issue but instead added more cooking oil each time to the waffle badder. Ugggh

Location was great. Right location for everything we needed to explore.
