The beds were not comfortable, and the doorways did not accommodate a 6' 2" person. Four adults cannot comfortably share one casita.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The location was great.

Wifi is terrible. Price is a little high. Reception was just OK. Time we wanted to spend indoors was uncomfortable due to lacking furniture.

Really bad shower experience. Hot water coming and going every 30 seconds. And then you need to close the water and open the water again and only then you will have hot water for another 30 seconds until you need to do this again...

The landscaping is amazing! You really feel in a real Isla Verde!

Most days I only had hot water in the shower for about two minutes or less so I had to shower very very quickly.

The grounds were beautiful and the location in the town was perfect for me. I didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff but when I did they were very nice and friendly.

Need more window screens because there is no AC (standard for Boquete). We had to prop up the fan into the only screened window for some ventilation and cool down. Low shower pressure noted and need thicker window blinds; Restaurant was closed.

Helpful and happy front desk staff (thanks Julie!) and relaxed atmosphere with pretty grounds and gardens. Ground floor apartments (lower suites--Girafa is nicer than Herm) had full kitchen, seating space, and a river out the back. Small Round house (Basic Triple--Tobago, Itaparica, Pandita) were basic and average. Location was good for town, shopping, restaurants.

Awful service, it’s supposed to be a hotel but it’s actually a hostel as you are expected to do most of the cleaning even though you are charged a cleaning fee. We had to wash most of the dishes because they had leftover food stuck to them, the beds were hard and small and the pillows were like little bricks, the fridge was warm and leaking water. No wonder it was the only “hotel” available. The only good thing about this “hotel” were the two cats and Jose Manuel. The girl with the glasses should consider doing something else, she is extremely rude and TERRIBLE at customer service. We had an issue and we were discussing it with Jose Manuel because she was escalating the whole thing with her snarky comments and know-it-all attitude and as soon as we crossed the door she insulted us, we went back and told her off because that is truly unacceptable and you can tell that she only cares about a certain type of people. I would much rather sleep on a wooden board floating in the middle of the Caldera river than coming back to this place!

we didn’t like our room: we were 10 yards from the road and 10yards from the restaurant terrace: so overall pretty noisy, especially in the evening ; so we had very short nights… could have been nice maybe if we had another room… we tried to share our feelings about our experience but it wasn’t well received and the guy was pretty rude… so just for that ( because honestly we believe the people you meet are so much part of your experience..) I won’t recommend this place…

You have a manager who is NOT a people person. She is curt and dismissive, not friendly at all. When I pointed out that none of the outlets in the bedroom worked, she just stared at me--like SO??? Needless to say, nothing was done. I could never get the TV to work, and the internet router was not active--so I never had internet, either. There were a couple of bulbs out that were not replaced. One safety complaint: much more lighting is needed on the paths, also identification and directions to the bungalows would be very helpful. Dark, slick paths without any railing are dangerous and scary.

The property is beautiful and the grounds are even more so. The location is excellent and very convenient. There are just fine tuning things that would make this property wonderful. Your manager should be in a "back office" position. She does not have the personality to interact with people.

The hot shower was not working properly and even though we told them this on our first day, they did not try to repair it. We were there for three nights and cleaning was never done.

I liked that staff were friendly, and the hotel was close to the centre and to a great restaurant called Ngadri.
