The very steep and narrow spiral staircase required extra care. Bathroom lighting could be improved.

This lodging exceeded my expectations along with the town itself, Anton de Valle. My room was quiet and comfortable. The window views of the gardens and mountains were sublime. I particularly enjoyed the evening breezes cross ventilating my room.

We enjoyed our stay at Los Aramos very much. The staff and management are amazing. The owners Elida and Carlos are very friendly and helpful. The onsite gardens are absolutely beautiful. A little piece of heaven to rest in El Valle!

The Stairs to the room that we stayed in were hard to go up and down as they were very steep and narrow. The room could have been a bit bigger, the kitchenette was in the bathroom and the crockery got wet from the splash of the shower

Very cute property with lush plants and gardens. Exceeded the expectations, the bathroom was a nice size. It would also be great to host a birthday or other function as it is set up for them. a nice running stream that adds to the serenity. Great central location.

Our room was just at the entrance… so a bit of noise and people always hanging out right outside our door. It would have been great if their bar/restaurant was still open. Looks like something happened and they closed it down?

The "common area" looks like it has been unused for a long time. It is half indoor half outdoor and there is a thick layer of dust on counters, glasses, cooking utensils etc. The service through a Ring doorbell camera felt pretty impersonal. Not sure if it was a long lasting effect of COVID but I was not a fan. I did not mind the roosters but my husband lost some sleep over it.

Not much water pressure. Two people taking shower bring down the pressure to trickle.

The house was very big and comfortable. It is very close location to everything in the area. Edith the host was very responsive and assisted with everything we needed. We got new pots and pans. Staff sharpened knifes as we were cutting fruits. Fruit market close by. Plenty supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants. Taxies on the street all the time. Edith also sent us catalogue for trips near by offered by touring company. Washer/dryer were a big plus. We went on tours, got dirty and sweaty and washing cloths on the property was very helpful. Full cable TV let us watch HBO when we came back from trips.

The internet sign was poor.

It is a beautiful place to rest. We were immersed in a natural landscape, the fauna, flora and the paths surrounded by plants and trees have given me many motives to come back soon.

The recepcionist wasn’t bilingual and had issues to understand the information given to her by other guest, I had to help her. Also the hot water had struggle to go up the second floor. I was taking a shower and suddenly it got VERY cold and never returned back to be hot. Also they said that there was a missing towel but we never took any, they didn’t looked for it properly in the room drawers where we left the 4 of them.

It was very beautiful, lot of nature and the location was excelent. The owners were very kind.

The shower had hot water (can be hard to find) and the bath towels were amazing! The property has a beautiful garden!! Really gorgeous. The room had a mini fridge to store food and coffee available! There is no hotel reception but the owner is very responsive and friendly through WhatsApp messaging.

There isn't a reception per se, and sometimes finding staff to help you can be a bit difficult (there is however a number to reach them). There are some ducks, geese and chicken around and they can be noisy. We very much enjoyed looking at them during the day but we were happy we had ear plugs during the night.

We got a very nice an cosy room upstairs which felt a bit like our own small apartment. Everything we needed was available in the room. The garden is beautiful there are some animals and it's very quiet. A bit of a nature stay in fact while you remain very close to the center of town. We stayed a few nights extra than initially planned because we liked El Valle and our room so much. They shuffled things around to provide us with the opportunity of staying those few extra nights and we very much appreciated it.
