The location, view, garden, pool, dervice, food, staff - perfect. Overall we had a great stay, enjoyed every minute. You really feel being in the middle of carribean, but with highest standard of living :-) We will come back for sure!!!

The pool was a little cool but wants your in your good to go. This is not a negative as a cool pool can be very rejuvenating.

Everything was perfect, beautiful view, beautiful property and very friendly staff. Sleeping at night with the cool breeze and the sound of river was very soothing. Breakfast was also very good, the coffee along with the fresh fruit and of course the main was awesome. The only thing was that we spent just the 4 nights, should have planned to stay longer.Needless to say we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a very large room with a fantastic view. Everything is very clean and in a great location with a wonderful garden. There is a pool + hot tub overlooking the creek and mountains. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is exceptionally good and you can be in town in just a few minutes.

Loved everything

The Inn at Palo Alto exceeded our expectations. The rooms were unique, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was roomy and clean, and the shower had string hot water. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. And the view of the mountains with sounds of the stream running was so soothing. But what made this property rate 10 or above was the friendly staff that made you feel welcome and like family. The breakfast was delicious with several choices. We loved the town and found everything to be delightful .

I was totally satisfied with my stay at the Palo Alto the views from the property were stunning.The breakfast was amazing,rooms were nice.The staff were very helpful and friendly.The property is located two miles outside of town but I enjoy walking so I did twice, there is a sidewalk the whole way to town.A taxi ride to town or back to the property is about 4 dollars and very convenient.I highly recommend and will definitely stay again next time in Boquete.

The room was very norse: I could hear my neighbours conversationele as well as the use of toilet in the room next to me. The furniture was shabby. Only one not firm chair. The drawers of the cabinet didn’t close well.

Our room was very clean, the bed comfortable and had a lovely view. The fruits, salmon and omelets at breakfast were delicious, however, as it is outside, I would recommend the hotel to buy some heating lamps as otherwise, having breakfast outside at 20 degrees celsius isn’t that enjoyable.

The hotel location and amenities were great, felt like a safe haven. The rest also exceeded our expectations: the staff, pool, the views, the breakfast… will definitely choose this place next time we visit Boquete.

lack of soundproofing between rooms

Simple, clean hotel set by the Boquete river in the mountain (5-7min taxi ride to center of town) close to Tree Trek adventure park. Quiet and comfortable room. Very attentive and helpful host (Marcelo) and staff. Very good breakfast included. Recommended.

The shower needs a little work, the water doesnt drain properly and the exhaust fan it’s too noisy.

We had the suite and the view was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was a great buffet, with fresh fruit , salmon , eggs , meats, ask for the French toast( was like a grande mariner type syrup) and a Bloody Mary bar. The room was very comfy.

The breakfast was fantastic—the food was somewhat varied and the view at breakfast was stunning looking out over the river. The staff were wonderful—so accommodating and kind. The family room we were in was perfect for our family of four.
