I stayed for three nights. There was a refrigerator and I wish there was a coffee pot, or even better a microwave.

The staff were very good and helpful, printing out loads of documents I needed. House keeping were great, the room was very clean. We ate in the attached restaurant most evenings and that was very good too. We are going back.

it was hard to communicate with the wait staff because none of them spoke English and we mostly got what we wanted for breakfast but it was not exactly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The breakfast was a great benefit. The location was great. The room had hot water that we had been missing while we were in Boquete. The staff was friendly even though most of them did not speak English.

I was misled by the staff member regarding the bus stop. I wanted to confirm with her that the stop I had on google maps was the correct one by showing her my screen - she assured me it was. I walked the 20 minutes to this stop, soon to realise that it was indeed incorrect and the actual bus stop was another 45 minute walk away. Luckily I got an Uber but I was extremely stressed from this experience. I believed this was poor form from the staff member and I would’ve liked that extra bit of effort to properly ensure I was heading for the right place.

On my first night in I was woken up multiple times at 1:30 a.m. by loud guests and 4 children running in the hallway. After coming back down and notifying the reception desk, the answer was they had already advised them to be quiet at arrival. But they never came up to the hallway to check and guests kept the noise until 3:00 a.m. when kids finally fell asleep. I had to personally go talk to the parents which is actually the Hotel’s job. To the hotel: Your main job is to guarantee all of guests rest. I was on a work trip. Needless to say next day was awful at work.

This 3* hotel is waaay out of its league. Poor breakfast, uncomfortable beds which are too soft, very hot without AC, loud refridgerator, outdated bathroom… list goes on and on. At check-out staff doesn’t let you leave until they check the room, like I was a teenager at a field-trip. Strange behaviour, that was something you don’t see everyday. Honestly? You can find a better place in David for maybe 5-6$ more per night, with proper breakfast. Choose some other place instead, I sure wish I had done that.

There was quite a lot of traffic noise. The restaurant was air conditioned excessively. The breakfast options were fairly limited and the service at breakfast was fairly average
