The servers at the bar could have been more attentive.

Perfect location; 7-10 min walking distance to Multiplex Plaza Mall. Upper floor in hotel had minimal street noise. The breakfast had many options for breakfast: yogurt, overnight oatmeal in jars, hot oatmeal, variety of breads & croissants. Always 3 bowls of fresh fruit. The chafing dishes needed heat beneath them to keep the fried and scrambled eggs warm. There was always 2 different options as well as the eggs, but never any bacon, sausages instead that tasted like weiners. The staff was always pleasant & attentive in clearing emply plates. The bartender made excellent margaritas!

The pool was very small and not really cozy. Stayed 7 days and only went to the pool just one time.

The location was very good and safe. Breakfast was good every day something different. The staff was very friendly, and nice and very clean rooms.

The only ding was the TV in the room. Large wall-mounted televisions, but the chanel choices were mediocre. And the resolution was the worst I've ever encountered in any hotel. SD resolution only, stretched out to fit the large screen, the result dingy and blurry. Same in other rooms. Useless remote control.

Entire Hotel was spotless. Good location, just a skip up the block to a couple of restaurants, besides the hotel's own. And but a 10-minute hoof to MultiPlaza. Pleasant dining area, with decent included breakfast. Peaceful outdoor pool setting, with views. Comfortable beds.

You cannot carry fruits to your room. Not even walk to the receptionist area with it. Soundproofing of the room needs to be done as you can hear the guests walking above you and the guests next to you showering.

Rafhel at front desk was rude to me, but I guess he was having a bad night. On a brighter note ,he's only one, so we'll focus on the majority and detox the minority .

The location, the surroundings, and the general ambiance of the hotel in general was good. We stopped over for 3 days as we were taking a cruise from Colon cruise terminal the Saturday. The restaurant staff did a great job, especially Rosa, she out did herself. You can get something to start your morning here if breakfast is included in your price. There's a restaurant in the hotel and out of curiosity we decided to have dinner in the restaurant on location ,which was okay. We didn't really had to use the cleaning service as we were only there for a few days,but when we did interact, it was pleasant.

Nothing, everything is great!

Very well located in the heart of San Francisco neighborhood, steps away from Tomillo and other awesome restaurants, as well as Multiplaza Mall. The rooms are very large (40 sq m / 400 sq ft) and well kept. Breakfast is relatively simple but excellent quality. Owner is there making sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend
