There is nothing in the room but bed (no table or chairs) so not very good for staying for longer.

The room is simple, but has comfortable bed and hot water. Location is maybe a bit dodgy, but very close to metro (Loteria) and in walking distance to the esplanade seafront.

not enough towels, I asked and they provided more. the room needs a chair and probably a little table. Outside neighborhood was ok but I didn’t see anything suspicious , I asked around and people told me it wasn’t a bad place. Close to bus, metro. I took the bus to go to Casco Viejo.

The room was very clean, I arrived and they were finishing up the room. they bleached it, which I loved! A/c works perfectly. I could take a nice hot shower. Quiet and you can buy coffee in the lobby.

The area is not recommendable. Especially at night, do not walk there alone unless it’s to reach your Uber in front of the entrance! Also, the staff did not seem interested in us as customers. Questions concerning the area or transportation options have not been responded properly.

The rooms were good and have air conditioning that works perfectly well. The shower was spacious and hot water available. The cheap fare was also convincing.

The sheets were badly stained and the pillow cases smelt bad. There was lots of noise in the hallway and I didn’t have a deep sleep because of the area.

Check in was quick and the woman was helpful. The room was clean and satisfactory for the price. I stayed here before an early flight.

All was fine. Comfy bed, clean, quiet at night (which was awesome after spending 3 weeks in super noisy colombian hostels...). Plus indoor parking space which was great because your car is perfectly safe. Wifi was working just fine. Great value for money

It was not in the nicest of areas. There were no windows in the room so at times it felt somewhat prison like. There were a few stains on the bed sheets also.

The hotel had good a/c and the shower was very spacious. It was near the metro station and close to other shops and restaurants.

The area is sketchy, to say the least. If you walk less than a block(!) up, there are tons of homeless people, heaps of garbage and everything screaming danger . Lots of lonely men walking the streets. They look at you strange like you are a juicy steak. As a solo female traveler, I was extremely uncomfortable. But once I found my way to go directly down to the waterline, it was all good. There is a small convenience store on the way down which is helpful if you need to stock up on food

The hotel is in a sketchy area but very close to the main street along the water line where the action starts taking place. So location is good and walking distance from the historical centre. The hotel has several floors so it's fairly big. My room didn't have windows which sucked. Sound isolation wasnt good at all and I heard the movies my neighbors watched, convos they had and sex they enjoyed lol But again, great value for money.The staff and management were amazing and extremely helpful. I had dome difficult situation to navigate and they helped me sort it out. So I am grateful and recommend the place.

Unfortunately we were robbed in the neighborhood... And even during the day, on a busy sidewalk! So it's quite dangerous around :(

The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't have a window, but it helped in keeping it cool. The AC and TV worked wilthout issues and there are a lot of TV channels available. And the shower was sooo big!

The wifi is very very bad. I usually dont complain but i need it for my work and i wasnt able to work at all while i was there. Please do something to improve. I went to claro so i could get internet on my phone.

Staff is good. Location is really good there buses and metro very close by. Brugals rest is a couple blocks down i ate there almost every day. Laundr in the area. Beds comfy the room was spacious. Water for shower gets hot! =). Elevator works for top floors so you dont have to walk.

Quite a few long hairs which weren't mine, and no window, despite it being advertised as having a city view. A bit damp too, probably as a consequence of not having a window.

Parking. Very nervous about how tight the Tetris is - literally dreamt nightmares about it. Pillows are odd - robust and bulky - almost lumpy but I brought my own so it’s fine. Loud at night like car horns, etc… no English Channel at all but that’s ok.

Comfy bed, hot shower, good a/c. Clean :) I didn’t mind the lack of windows - kept it dark to help me sleep. Hot water for the spacious shower was really nice. Everything is basic but that was fine. No closet but there’s a shelf to put your bag and that was enough. Towels and bar soap provided.

The second night was a nightmare. We checked in, got our keys and went into the room. We took a shower, ordered food, were already in bed, when we got a call on the hotel phone. The lady from the reception told us that she gave us a more expensive room at check in (which she didn’t let us know before) and that now a cheaper room was available and we need to either pay the difference or move rooms. I was shocked and because my spanish was not perfect and I was tired from the really long day, but we didn’t have any more cash on us (it was our last evening in Panama), we decided to change rooms. The room we got was okay at first glance, however when we got settled for the second time, we realised it smelled like someone just pissed on the floor. The smell did not go away and there was also no window to let fresh air in. We decided not to do anything about it, since it was late and we already changed the room once. But it was awful and we could not sleep. Horrible experience. I really wanted to give a good review, since the first night was okay, but the second night was the worst night of my life. And I am a low budget backpacker, so my standards are quite low. I never got an apology from the lady at the reception and I think it is extremely unprofesional. If you make a mistake and give out the wrong room, that is your problem and never the guests. Especially if they don’t even know the got an alleged “upgrade”.

We stayed here for two separate nights on different occasions. The first night was wonderful. Everything was good, the room was comfortable and clean, good price for what we got. The staff was nice and let us store luggage for one day for free.
