There were long black hairs in the shower and bathroom floor, probably from the last guest or cleaning crew.

The design and level of detail of the room and hotel is excellent. Location is great, very convenient to the center of Bajo Boquete, less than 1km to Panamonte and the other great restaurants at Palo Alto

The insulation was poor. You can hear your neighbors. The doors slam loudly. Door mats inside and out would be nice.

The location was perfect. The grounds were beautiful, restful, and calming. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The staff were perfect and knowledgeable. The balcony was the best!! I laid in the hammock as much as I could. We had the best massage from Fatima. Don't miss this, you will be so happy if you partake. 😊

The attention to detail and the little streams that run by every room/building. Lots of humming bird feeders for great photos plus the river running behind the property. We couldn’t have asked for more. Excellent value for money and all the employees were very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend

It was a bit further than I anticipated, but it was a really nice walk in the neighborhood. Didn't see any bus that went by, but it could be because I got there at 6pm. Besides that, everything was great.

Loved the hammock out in the patio outlooking the mountains. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was clean and beautiful. The river in the back was really nice to soak your feet. Enjoyed the different TV shows available from netflix to a universal station. The staff was super nice and friendly.

It's a $4 taxi to town but why would you want to go there when you have this place. Especially for the price.

Wish I found this place sooner! Staff lovely and helpful. A barrage of messages upon booking make sure we knew how to get there, and advice on everything to do in the area. Amazing views of trees, mountains and forest. The room was just stunning, overlooking the river, beautiful grounds, kitchen, fridge, TV with all the trimmings, (netflix etc) didn't want to leave. Annoyed i stayed in a place down the road for 2 nights before finding this gem.

There is a big competition in Boquete in terms of acommodations. This makes hotels try very hard to be better than others. Villa Alejandro Rio Verde did their job well. I think you cannot run into better place than this. It’s way too perfect. If it was in my country, I would spend here every holiday.

Rio Verde is a wonderful place to stay!!! IT HAS IT ALL. A kitchenette with everything you need to cook, the bathroom is HUGE and the views to the mountain and river are spectacular. Simply amazing!

Check in process. Fill out sheet per guest and wanted to take pictures of my minors ID. Really rude to be checking towels and room in front of guests while checking out and questioning a guest for a small makeup stain on a towel. No extra toilet paper in room.

The towels quality are maybe for 1 star hotels, the worst I have I ever used. Beware, they charged $40 for a towel with makeup. At check out they do not let you leave until they check out throughout the room personally.

They took very long on the check out. The receptionist asked us to wash the dishes before leaving (they were just two cups) and to wash a towel that had some makeup. Don't think that what we paid was worth.
