The rooms were not clean enough. It was also noisy from the street to the rooftop bar.

It is near tourist and historical sites. It was a perfect location for walking and sightseeing.

Breakfast is served and it can take quite a lot of time. You can hear some noice from night life if your sleep is light.

Great location, very supportive staff, roof bar with a view, spacious room. And the deçorations everywhere. The beds are soft. (- for me, + for my husband.). Very spacious room, little balcony, drinking water in the sink.

However, a notable minor defects: no hairdryer even after asking for one, the safe was broken, the TV did not work, the hot water took forever to come in, they had no shampoo/conditioner- just soap. These are minor, so overall I definitely enjoyed the Tantalo.

Great location in Casco Viejo. Good restaurant attached. Very nice rooftop bar, but if you actually want a table next to the edge for a great view- get there very early. (actually I think the restaurant and bar are more famous than the hotel). The hotel is ok, but not spectacular. The king size bed was comfortable. Room makeup service was good. The room was good size. The balcony overlooking the old city with looming towers of the cathedral nearby was nice. The breakfast was very good, ordered from the public menu. Mine was included in the hotel price, but often it is ala carte. They have an elevator to upper floors, which is good. For all these reasons, especially the location, Tantalo is a solid 3star hotel.

It was a bit noisy with disco music and street traffic but with ear plugs provided I didn’t lose any sleep. Rooms needed a chair to sit on

The location was great in a wonderful part of town. The room was comfortable and well equipped with Air conditioning, TV, WiFi, toiletries m, towels. The mural and decorations of the place are quite unique. It was nice to have restaurant and roof bar on the premises.

The room, unit #1 was extremely dark, we had to use a flashlight to see in our bags. The bathroom was quite small while the room was huge. The bathroom sink is awkward to wash in.

The location was excellent for exploring , staff were very helpful and friendly, food was very good, we had breakfast and dinner. The rooftop bar was fun, great music.

Takes a while for the shower to become hot, until then the water tends to be lukewarm. Be prepared, although if your breakfast is included the waitress expects a service fee We didn’t sleep below the rooftop bar, our sleep was okay ish with ear plugs.

Very loud AC, told reception twice and they never fixed it. One employee was rude but I did not get his name. It is loud since they have a club on the 4th floor but they give you ear plugs. Breakfast not included.

The room is bigger than most rooms I have booked. The hotel is at an excellent location and they give you one drink for free. It has a mini bar I used to keep my water cold.

Perfect location in Casco Viejo! Walkable to all the tourist sights, good restaurants, etc. Super friendly staff, very accomodating. The room was a little noisy, but I expected it, and they provided ear plugs. However, if you are looking for a place to get a very quiet night's sleep, this is not it. The rooftop bar operates until 4am on Friday and Saturdays (and maybe Thurs?) and until 2am every other night. It's also an open lobby, which means you can hear noises from the ground floor as well.

This place isn’t just in the center of the action, it is the action - it’s the place to be. As a result, the hotel rooms are not void of noise from the restaurant, rooftop bar, and activities in the streets.

Tantalo is such a fun, vibrant, creative experience. Clean rooms, very friendly and accommodating staff and restaurant is one of the best in casco viejo bar none.

Restaurant on site was excellent. Close to cathedral/Independence Square. Nashda, desk rep, was very helpful in arranging taxi from ship and to hotel. She also moved our room from floor 3 to 2 on our arrival at our request to have less noise from rooftop bar. We slept fine on 2nd. She and restaurant very nice. Restaurant inexpensive and excellent quality.

Noisy! If you like to have an early night, find an an another hotels on weekends. Not to bad on weekdays. Because of the layout of the hotel there is always noise from the music in the lobby/bar in the evenings, and even though we got he most quiet room, there was still not, well.. quiet. Bring earplugs! Also, there was a speaker on the roof (!) next to our hotel, playing really loud music all day long. Moist. All our clothes was slightly humid when we left. Had to dry them out on our next hotel.

Even though we got the most silent room, it can never be silent since our floor is open down to the bar. And they play quite load music. Not too bad on weekdays, but if you need to get up early dont book here during the weekend. There even was a speaker on the roof (!) of the adjacent building right outside our room which played really loud music all day!
