Didn’t expect the rooftop bar to be open until 4 AM. Room on 3rd floor noisier than I thought it would be. Also having to juggle 2 room cards was inconvenient. Elevator out several times for short periods

They aren't joking about the noise. I'm from NYC and it was a lot for me. Keep your doors and windows closed and it will be ok but yeah that rooftop is thumping

the rooms are massive and super comfortable. staff is really nice. the restaurant is great and the swing in the lobby is fun after a couple drinks on the infamous rooftop

Electricity in area sometimes below standard so room was not always cool enough

Caroline at front desk was exceptional. She was considerate and helpful in arranging Uber to Playa Coronado after I got ridiculous price from other car service. Muchos gracias Caroline. !!!

The water of the shower did not heat up very well. So it was a little bit difficult to take a shower in the early morining, even if it was summer time. There is a little bit of noisy at night, because of the rooftop, but it is not that bad.

The hotel has an excellent location, in the heart of the center zone. All the staff is very kind and receptive to our demands. The food of the restaurant is very good, with affordable prices, mainly for the lunch time.

Be aware that there is a bar in the lobby and a rooftop bar that are open with loud music until 4AM on weekends. Everything was amazing at this hotel, but bring ear plugs if you want to get to sleep.

the shower did not drain properly and you wound up shower with feet under water, no coffee makers in the room or bottled waters.

A little noisy in the evening, but it did not interfere with sleep as I wasn’t conscious of it in the rooms with the A/C on. Don’t let that put you off.

Great location, restaurant exceeded expectations, very comfortable beds and pillows. All in all very good value.

At night it’s quite loud because of the bars in the hotel, but we slept well after a few drinks.

The room was very big and decorated in such a fun way! There was a nice mini bar and lovely shampoo in the shower.

you could hear everything from the room next door-the walls are paper thin. Since there is a bar upstairs you hear all the music through the whole night.

Amazing location, right in the middle of Casco Viejo! The hotel is very pitoresque, with awesome decoration and wall paintings! It has a great vibe! Food was also very good and the rooftop is the cherry on top for some fun and drink late night!

It's not their fault, but it is quite loud from the rooftop bar at night, and then a school out the front in the morning. We were exhausted from our flight so still able to sleep so it wasn't too bad, but if you're someone who needs quiet then you probably need to stay somewhere else.

Beautiful big room with a balcony. Lovely decor throughout the building. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The best possible location in Casco Viejo. The toiletries in the bathroom were gorgeous!

Really great location with a fun vibe to the place. The rooftop bar had great views , delicious food and a great DJ. Easy to get to all the sites of Casco Viejo and lots of good bars and restaurants around.
