This place was so relaxing! Very quiet, away from it all. You have private beach almost all to yourself. Their pet toucan Rio was a top experience!

There was one night and morning without electricity and therefore without fan, water and wifi. Doublebeds were comfortable but pretty short and slim. Rooms are not sealed, Moskitos were no problem at all, but you hear and smell everything that's around. One night without any wind it was burned fish and oil from the common kitchen all night long.

Rooms were clean, shower with hot water, own balcony, fridge to share and also the view at breakfast (delicious) and nice staff :) only 5min to walk to Playa Bluff. You can buy a water gallon for 6$ (although the pump we got with it was horrible)

The long walk to La piscina in the heat and water was way too choppy to enjoy and snorkel. Pity as everything else was fabulous.

Amazing place, location, sound of waves. The toucan visiting us was such a wonderful treat and experience. Food was great too, all home cooked. A real delight!

The location is amazing, you can really be so close to nature. Pure relax and rest. Staff super nice and friendly, delicious food. We love this place and hope to come back there one day.

Beautiful, quiet property outside of town, with great food and helpful staff. The bungalow I had was right over the water, so it was pleasant to sleep to the sounds of the waves. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely. It even had a kitchen to cook in. They also did a great job washing, drying and folding my laundry, and everything smelled so good!!

In our room, just a bit of white repaint of the bathroom walls would “boost” the impression.

Away from dirty and messy Bocas del Torto, it truly is a place to relax. Watching the ocean, listening to all the sounds of nature (including the loud waves) was simply great. Not far from small secluded beaches after Playa Bluff. Healthy dinners prepared by the staff, friendly animals around. Simply, paradise. All this applies if you are a nature lover.

Tesoro Escondido is an Amazing place! Surrounded by nature- it’s a beautiful place and the full TEAM is wonderful! Great place to stay a few nights and unwind while diving in nature. Food is super delicious 🫶🏻 every meal was exceptional! I appreciate all the help of the team regarding suggestions and places to visit! Definitely I will come back again!! Keep in mind that if you are sensitive to the sound of the waves - waves here can get pretty though:)

From Bocas town it’s a bit further than we expected. It’s a 30min ride by taxi which is $15 (we were 3) one way. Also, no AC.

It’s super cool and the vibes are amazing. Food is really good and dishes are big!

It’s not a disadvantage but a suggestion: it would be nice if there were bicycles for guests either for rent or for free, to explore neighborhood or get to the town as it’s far and taxis are quite expensive.

Location is stunning, 2 minutes to the beach, beautiful views, super nice staff, cute pets, very good breakfast. It’s a place to completely relax and feel like it’s just you, sea and the jungle. We loved our stay there.

hog plums hit metal roof like guns going off all night but the friendly french couple who work there told me they are good to eat so i tried them and really tasty

There is nothing we did not like

The location is just perfect! There is a real wildlife around- we have seen a sloth twice! Not to mention sweet tucán Rio who’s there like a pet! In love with all the animals leaving at the site ❤️ Facilities are great- we had an ocean view room- every day we got up with the sun - it was awesome In the hotel apart from great meals they offer (for a good price) , there is a kitchen with all the apliences to cook on your own. Hot water is in the shower, though with the tropical weather you hardly need it! There is a beach straight next to the hotel, so if you are in the “relax” mode you don’t even have to leave the property! The stuff is vey sweet and welcoming! They were always there for us and helped as much as they could! Really appreciate!

Be warned, no AC and it can get muggy an uncomfortably hot in a minute.

The nice unpopulated beach was a few steps away. We received a free upgrade to the Star room with a great view. Plenty of room for the three of us. Dinner was great and service was most pleasant. Relaxing stay.

There are insects in the room, but that is something you know when you stay in the jungle, so this is not even a negative point.

The view is magnificent. You can start a very beautiful walk to Bluff beach! You have a restaurant, you can do your laundry. We asked for an extra fan for the baby and we got it immediately!
