The A/C in the bedroom wasn’t working properly and some guests smoked dope. Once you walked into the hallway or stepped out of the elevator smell was overwhelming.

The rooms were set up like your own apartment. Free breakfast, restaurant inside, near grocery stores and others,staff was excellent and friendly. Manager was nice and willing to accommodate .

THE A/C WAS TO COLD. Breakfast could be a lot better, i only ate breakfast once. i prepared my own breakfast in my apartment.

First the WiFi was free, the property still has plastic cutlery out to use or to take with you. the property is easy to get too, Many banks in the near, cleaners next door also at least 2-0 with in 10-20 meters, Many restaurants with in walking distance. this hotel is in a great location

A little confusing to find my apartment as it involved taking 2 elevators but not an issue after the first time.

Hotel was very conveniently located to take the metro as well as a good area to walk to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was available from 630 and was always fresh and had many options. Kitchen was well-equipped and the apartment was spacious, with a dining table and a desk to work at. The router in the room meant that the internet connection was excellent. The washer and dryer as well as hangers in the closet made it easy to have clean laundry. The people at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant.

Rooms need to be maintained much better. Our shower head didn't work, one bedside lamp was broken off and missing. Ceiling vent hanging, gas stove malfunctioned (preferred not to use for safety reasons)

Location:excellent. Breakfast: okay (food lukewarm, set up could be better to have a better flow.) Staff: great Ambiance:great Maintenance: poor(not good upkeep of the facility).

I’m not a A/C person since I live in Europe, but I froze me jacobs off plus the windows do not open. so I had to get up turn off the A/C about 3 time a night, some wall plugs did not work. also the breakfast was so so. one day I ordered a omelette, the cook can not make a freaking omelette, I know I’m a retired chef, I ask for a cheese omelette, she folded my omelette with out the cheeses, then she added the cheese on top of the omelette then flipped it WTF then added more cheese on the other side at the mean time the cheese in melting and burning on the outside. That was the most terrible omelette I ever had, I did not eat it. Chef Ramsey would have kick her straight out of the Kitchen. also the variety of fruits was very limited only two fruits well maybe a banana if you lucky but don’t hold your breathe, it was water melon or pineapple or watermelon or papaya and I hate papaya. coffee was like warm. they had a buffet of your typical American breakfast but they make to much of it and pancakes to hard, same as scrambled eggs, they should be made in moderation or to order I don’t mind waiting for a hot pancake, if a Dutch person was there they would have been discussed with the pancakes. and cold syrup. so after three breakfast stop going. oh the ding staff was not so nice 3 times I came I said good morning in Spanish, no ground morning back that’s fucking rude. no smile nothing and they had a bloody tip jar next to the omelette bar. Really I only tip when the service is good and they was rude. I’ll stay there again but I’ll never eat that crappie breakfast with rude service, I’ll go next door to eat. like I say I’m a retired chef so I know what I’m taking about , oh one day I took a banana from they breakfast bar, I eaten it on my tour about 10:00 it was in my back pack being chilled next to my ice water. by time we got to Portobello I had diarrhea for over two hours, the only food I had was from the Hotel, but only fruit, coffee, juice and water.

It was nice and clean. I had a 2 double Bed bedroom. the bath room was extra large that was great and the shower, you can put at least 8 people in it. That bathroom can give Hilton a run for its money. it had a emergency phone in it. the bath room mirror was extra extra large. The kitchen was spot on, I’m telling you the dam refrigerator was like those Americans extra large with a ice machine, gas stove, a juicer, toaster. but the coffeemaker a cheap old perk o later. why have a awesome kitchen then throw in a cheap coffee pot only down far. Bit it has washer and dryer and a microwave. oh two TV in the apartment, living room and bedroom.
