The cleaning people knocked on my door at 7:55am one morning to clean the room. Outside of that nothing bad

I love how clean the place is the housekeeper did a wonderful job in 907 i didn't got her name. Mr .Jones i use to see him everyday one day i asked if he never go home lol I love him and his smile he's was very helpful I am sending 6 person there. I'm definitely coming back The females at the front desk both morning and night shift were very nice also.

My only comment would be to increase the temperature a bit of the hot water for the rooms and spa pool.

Nice place slightly retro but totally suited our needs. The staff were excellent very attentive and always happy to help . Breakfast was good even when it was busy first thing in the morning the staff were great ! Food was good and fresh plenty variety 😊

The only issue we had was a sound on the AC unity that can wake you up in the middle of the night if you have light sleep, it was very uncomfortable, the sound wasn't all the time, but in periods of every hour

The breakfast was wonderful, they had a variety of different tastes, the bathroom was huge, with a hair dryer and big shower and plenty of space; and bedroom too; there are plenty of facilities close to the hotel for you to explore.

Tours are organised by third party, not hotel. Hotel just only take the request. The problem here was the payment method because I couldn't pay directly at the hotel and was complicated to find the right person for that.

Everything was perfect. Location, receptionists, room, restaurant. Receptionists are really helpful with everything you need. I won't doubt to come back

Nothing. A good one night stop-over.

The staff was friendly and kind and helpful. Breakfast was great - tons of healthy options and delicious fresh green juice. The rooms were spacious and clean. The rooftop pool was closed, so that was a bit of a disappointment for our kids, but nothing major. My husband used the gym and said it was totally fine and had all the basics that he required for a workout.

The quality of the breakfast was variable (we stayed for a week). If you don’t come early, things run out and are not replenished. Also the breakfast area is too small for the number of people, so becomes very crowded. The air conditioner in our room was not properly controlled- we were either freezing or too warm.

The location. It was very good value, we liked the restaurant and bar. The pool area. The staff were generally great except for one gentleman at the front desk who had an attitude. Housekeeping was really good.

The lighting in the room and especially the bathroom is terrible. Super dark and needs some renovation. The restaurant gave us mixed feelings: Paella and chevice were terrible. Pasta with pesto and the stake we got the second day really good. Dessert not exceptional. They also need to improve the service. They take forever to take your order and bring you food, and often forget what you ordered. We asked 3 time for the dessert and waited for 45min! Plus none of the waitress speaks English. That is unacceptable at a hotel that has customers from all over the world.
