Wifi in the room was very patchy (at best) and tv was not working.

Wow - this is a stunning property. It’s just beautiful- nestled into the valley - it’s peaceful, serene and relaxing. Our room was perfect. The facilities are great - the gym and pool are fantastic and the restaurant is excellent. As a vegan it was great to have really good food options. Also the staff everywhere were fantastic - in particular Roger, Luis and Hadee on the front desk were incredibly welcoming and helpful.

The service at the restaurant was very slow and the spa was average.

Beautiful location with flowing rivers and gorgeous landscaping. The villas are charming. Meeting the owner of Valle Escondido was a hilite. She was lovely and interested in our experience at her hotel.

The outdoor pool was not open which was a huge disappointment. At the end of a long trip, we like a resort that we can sit outside and relax and do some swimming. I had stayed here before and thought that it would be perfect. There was no mention that it would be closed for cleaning while we were there for 5 days and only the indoor pool available. The indoor pool is way too warm .

Early morning staff was a bit loud when walking close to the rooms.

Such a beautiful place. The gym, swimming pool and spa are a great bonus. The kids loved playing mini golf and going to la cascada. The staff was friendly everywhere!! And the food at their restaurant…..so good! We had there one of the best dinners in Boquete! There is a reason why we always come back.

The pool was nice but I’m not sure if the water was very clean. Restaurant menu was focused on healthy meals but didn’t offer healthy meals suitable for children. It was too quiet during our stay, we were often the only people in the restaurant and pool (which is also nice sometimes). The room is nothing special and beds are too short for us. room is a little small for a family of 4.

absolutely beautiful location with well kept garden. staff was very friendly and helped us get to our next destination while there were several road blocks (because gas price and cost of living crisis). the kids loved the hammock on the terrace. although is a but further away from Boquete center, it’s a nice and safe walk to town.

The accommodations are getting worn and could use a major reburbishment to upgrade them as they have that mustier smell from age and humidity (eliminate the deathtrap bathtub shower combo and have a walk-in shower).

The staff was dedicated and helpful I every way. The breakfast was good (included for us) first day we had an Ala carte style breakfast and after that it was a buffet style (not sure why) but we enjoyed them all. The location was in a tropical valley just lovely and we had a King River side bungalow and loved it - had to take turns in the hammock which is now our favorite form of relaxation. Easy check-in and check-out. Had dinner at Sabor twice and it was very good - chef knows how to make creative menus - good job! It's a tropical paradise and would stay again. The river bungalows are so relaxing.

The bathroom is too small, they should invest in modifying size of the entire room, to give more space to the bathroom. Poor wifi signal in my room.

important to avoid weekends as the location is a prime site for parties, next to the suite’s and they last until 2am. forget about a solution or any understanding from the management. Use this hotel during the week but forget about the weekends.

breakfast : trying to be special but just stick to the basics, no fruit, coffee is simply awful, they are minutes away from the best coffee farms in the world and the coffee is industrial. Rooms are a bit old fashioned, quite dark, a bit damp due to the climate of Boquete Food is average Rooms are spacious but not cozy It is missing the sparkle, the magic.

Experienced world traveller : Location is lovely, almost colonial times era gone by. Well kept gardens. Very warm lovely pool !! Beautiful surroundings Very good massage Room with hammac are better, than the smaller ones (you get when you book with AirBNB), new bathroom
