Can get noisy this hotel is on main street

This is my 2nd time staying at Hotel Palazzo the location for me is a plus. It's close to the shopping Malls. Places to eat, supermarkets barber etc...

The beds are extremely hard , and the pillows are very old - the combination off a bad bed and smash pillows are not good - the bathroom is very dirty please look the picture I attached

Look like they are doing many Changes to the property, painting , remodeling etc

the style of the room was very masculine and there was issues with the toilet and I saw a roach

Bed was uncomfortable.

Everything was beautiful and secure. Public transportation was pretty accesible

The Bed Linen was too thin. Furniture and other utensils need a upgrade. Can get a bit noisy sometimes especially on the weekends. Plus the main road is just adjacent the hotel.

The Location was good, walking distance to the shopping area, restaurants etc. The Malls were pretty close and easy to get to aswell. The hotel staff were friendly and always willing to help.

the location in the city, it is not a place you want to walk around, we walked to the Centro histórico and it was very unpleasant and unsafe. the area is not ideal.

The mattress had plastic on it which made it pretty uncomfortable. Would have also been good to have a mini fridge but over all good for the price.

a lot of noise during the night every day with people constantly opening and closing doors.

staff extremely welcoming and friendly. limited facilities. no kettle in the room. close to supermarkets. walking distance to the old town but bus stops just round the corner as well

The two receptionists that were there during my stay: rude and unhelpful. It is as if there were annoyed by the customers (and it's not a language issue because I speak Spanish).

very friendly and cooperative staff, I received interesting tips and news, basic but clean room, air conditioning, good HiFi, great shower. Economic structure but with excellent value for money.

no shampoo. mirror over bed was not clean at all. chair in room was broken. very sparse furniture. only sheets on bed. bed was unexpectedly firm.

accommodating staff.allowed a late check out and bag storage afterward, freeing me up to explore the area until i moved on. ice cold air conditioning modern bathroom. had a mini fridge and eas a good size

it was okay nice clean place’ a few things to expect the bed is not soft it is hard!!! and you can’t eat and leave any food and expect to go back for a second eat because the cockroach will join you for dinner and the Wi-Fi is really poor I had to sit down all close the lobby whenever I want a good connection other wise it was okay and for the staff they was good for securities at the front I only communicated with the short guy he was really nice and friendly for the other he has a lot of attitude as if he have problems with the guess I am not sure if it was just me or this happen to someone else but other wise from that tall brown security guy which will be the reason for me not wanting to extend my stay nighter would I stay there again because I strongly believe if you have a problem you shouldn’t try to out your attitude on guess that is wrong !!!

Surrounding area is unattractive and run down. Bathroom is a bit cramped. City noise from traffic, ect.

Compact and comfortable. Accessibility to local food, laundry & entertainment options are pretty good. Chill staff. Sketchy area but centralized logistically.

Beds and pillows could be better quality, but for the price of the hotel it was fine. More sockets are required in the room

Near the cinta costera...plenty of places to eat. Good size room, good value for the money.
