The management did not handle well a minor fire in the building. It did not notify the ARBNB renters and when contacted they could not provide instructions on how to evacuate . This is a serious life safety issue.

My only complaint is the ocean view is about 6' wide and yes you can walk to the beach but it isn't a beach you would want to go to

It was easy to get to and from....the shuttle for the canal tour picked us up and dropped us off...plenty of restaurants in the area at all levels of prices and the grocery store was well stocked and right out the back. Lot's of options for ride services

The Yoo Panama is in the perfect location to enjoy the best of Panama City. Whether you have an ocean facing unit or city skyline view, it’s breath taking. You have easy access to groceries behind the building and all of the top restaurants, Casco Viejo and the Cinta Costera are right outside or a short few-dollars Uber ride. The restaurants in the building are also excellent. Emely and her team do a great job managing everything.

poor reservation service. the contact with the reservation service super difficult and slow. also the person who has been in charge of that seems doesn’t have complete information about the reservation even after I have shared reservation code…too slow (hours to answer by chat and don’t answer the phone call) to provide the information and clarification about our questions. I clearly seen many opportunities to improve the quality of the service.

Excellent amenities (wonderful pool, well equipped gym, valet parking, spa, and more) and great service. Apartment was comfortable, beautifully furnished and decorated, well appointed, and had a lovely view of the bay.

The refrigerator water filter needs to be changed. The water didn't taste very good. Had to buy bottled water.

Great location and we found a great convenience store in the back of the block. Great facilities like state of the art gym, nice pool, the lobby had a really good pool table.

The passage way to the hallway where our unit was located was unfinished making it kind of strange to pass through before arriving to our hallway.

The Yoo Panama condominiums are perfectly located in between the old town of Casco Viejo and the edge of the modern city on the other side (Punta Pacífica and San Francisco) giving access to the best of the city in minutes. Right out the back door are convenient eateries like Crepes and Waffles, BW3 and many more, not to mention the in house restaurants. The Yoo staff were all excellent. Personable, helpful and communicative at all times of the day. I had a flight delay which resulted in arrival at midnight and they were there to welcome us to the apartment.

The apt needs a bit of an update. Blackout curtains are mildewed, rug in bedroom old and dirty blanket on bed stained (these should be replaced honestly). Other than that the apt was clean and had everything I needed.

Location was great. There was a problem with the AC on arrival. Emely was very responsive and had some techs come fix it the next day. Any questions I had Emely answered quickly, she is fantastic.

We enjoyed everything about the apartment!! but to specify, we loved the views, water pressure, and restaurants from YOO like Filomena, Blame Kiki and Azahar! Each restaurant was an incredible experience and we will definitely be back. The service from Josimar was also exceptional!

The bed was pull-out sofa mattress quality which was a disconnect from an otherwise luxurious space. I felt the springs on my hips and back. More outlets are needed. I teleworked from the dining table instead of the desk because of outlets. USB ports would be a nice amenity.

The most disappointing thing is that the gas was off in the building which means I had to have cold showers everyday, the stove was not operational - which was my main reason for staying in a condo vs a hotel. The owners must have known the gas was out and still took the booking - they did offer a discount but I did not find out about this issue until the evening before I travelled. I didn't have time to find alternative options to stay. I learned from the folks in the building that it's been off for at least a month - long before February 20th when I arrived. To top it off the shower does not drain, the tiles are installed uneven causing a puddle in the middle of the shower which results in mold buildup from the constant moisture. I informed the owners, a maintenance person came and said he's going to fetch tools and never came back.

I like the location being in the core of the city. However I did not enjoy the noise of the highway. Not sure I would stay here if I was visiting for an extended stay.

Very disappointed w stay and lack of service to this return customer, payment taken without informing me of apartment supply issue then I was given apartment that less size and standard than I paid for. Poor service continued as I was left hanging trying to sort for 2 hours+ while others priorised, I was Expected to set-up alone in apartment that not prepped and had smelly aircon. William and Cesar try their best but No upgrade offered to sort although Yoo fault and no one onsite w authority to sort…I then had to leave 1N early as gas switched off for testing so no hot water, laundry etc and 2 weeks+ to get refund although I’m immediately out-of-pocket w top last minute hotel rate w changing places.

Loud aircon in bedroom. Mold in shower. Old dish scrubber in sink. There is no power outlet behind the desk. Oven and hob lights not working. Nasty view with moldy walls and a sliver of ocean.

Reasonably clean. Good location. Great staff.

the noise from the traffic below and the pollution from it. didn’t want to sit out on balcony. also the noise from the extractor fan in main bathroom was unacceptably too noisy!
