Bathroom: the hot water went out 2 times around 23:00pm during our 5-night stay. The host recommended to use it before 10pm. We had no problem after that. The temperature and flow amount of the hot water was steady.

+ Location: 10-15min walk to plaza mayor + Room: very spacious and quiet. There are equipments for easy cooking and also a electric heater. + Host: friendly, really helpful and responsive + Breakfast: awesome; even with packed snacks for early tours

I really liked the esthetic beauty of the whole place, nice appartment, cute courtyard and building was nice to look at from outside. The staff was attentive and professional. Location close to the main square. Great if you are in need of an apartment. It was quiet and I only saw some other guests when I went, depending on what you need, this can be great.

Wifi is a bit difficult to use. I was able to get a signal in the corner of the kitchen but in the bedroom it is spotty. If you work online like me you can always take your laptop to a common room

There was a dog barking quite a bit during the night in an adjacent property but obviously not the fault of the hotel.

Great place close to the train station and historical centre. For the price of a hotel room you get a big one-bed apartment with a very comfy bed and great facilities. We cooked here multiple nights with ease and the shower was fantastic. The owner was very helpful and friendly, even organising our Rainbow Mountain day tour. There was a very friendly kitten called Picchu who was always up for playing and cuddling. We also had to leave our bags for our hike to Machu Picchu and the hotel was happy to take them for almost a week which was a great help. There are multiple laundry options close by as well as loads of restaurants in the area.

Easy access to town center. Staff was exceptional, kind and knowledgeable. We stayed about 12 days. Kitchen was amazing. Lots of space. Bigger than expected. Very clean.

A wonderful, quiet, confortable, super clean aparthotel, at a short walking distance from the Plaza de Armas, and even closer from the Coricancha. The staff was lovely with us and the little Picchu (a four-month old cat) is super cute. We hope to return soon! Muchas gracias 😊

Lots of space, a whole appartment for the price of a hotel room. New, clean, everything works properly. Good service of friendly owner. Nice location in usually very quiet street. Close to city centre, walking distance. Good wifi. Feeks like home away from home. Especially if you are staying for a longer period in Cusco.

located in the center - surrounded by many restaurants, 2 min away from a very nice bakery and close to the historic center (only about 10 min by foot) The staff was very nice and the rooms were big. We also liked the Kitchen area.

The Apartment offer a cleaning service for a charge, and the rationing of toilet paper was an issue not only here, but experienced all over Peru. The hot water tends to dissapear in the evenings when you want a warm shower after a full days touring, which was disappointing. Have one in the mornings. One hairdryer on the property, so after a long day, my young daughter was unable to dry her hair in the cold evening as it was unavailable, and the owner was unable to get it back from the other apartment. Sitting on the floor with a portable heater is not the way to dry your hair. Most apartments/hotels have plenty in stock these days. This was dissapointing for us-just simply buy them for each room! With the 5% charge the owner was wanting to add onto our credit card payment for using a card, [which is a little unfair, and Bookings.com confirmed that it was ]that charge alone would cover a hairdryer cost easily.

The location was great, the apartment was spacious and modern, beds comfortable, and living area and kitchen more than adequate. Price was exceptional for the 9 day stay, and the breakfast was tasty, plentiful, and lovingly made by the hosts, Alcides and Lucia. The Apartment had a beautiful little ball of fluff, a 1 month old tabby cat that kept us enthralled daily with its playful antics, and we were so sad to depart.

As was mentioned earlier, water heating takes 30 minutes. But for us it was not an issue.

We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was quiet, absolutely new furniture and facilities. Also big thanks to the host who provided us with a heater because nights are cold in May.

I was told that my first card payment was not approved, so I paid for my room charge using a different card, but after I returned to Japan, I found out that the first card payment had also been charged. When I emailed this accommodation to inform them of the double billing, they acknowledged the fact and we received an email saying we would receive a refund in about 10 days, but we still haven't received the refund for nearly two months. I sent them two emails again to check on the situation, but this time they completely ignored me. There are many other good accommodations in Cusco. Don't stay at an accommodation like here.

Unfortunately during our 6-nights-stay there was no room cleaning. There is also no big difference between luxury double room and superior double room (except from the price). The breakfast was okay, but nothing special.
