Visualize this: You are with a family of friends in a large house in a quieter neighborhood near a park, walking distance to supermarkets, mall, and restaurants. Jeanpaul and Charles help you with anything you ask for. You are included at the kitchen table or terrace to eat or to talk about the day. There is always laughter, sometimes singing, occasional dancing 😊, a positive spirit. Guests stay in 6 bedrooms. The hosts maintain a happy energy and people comfortably share the kitchen, terrace and garden, the rooftop lounge - oh, and bicycles! Often people return to stay here again after flying to another area or visiting their home countries. You feel love and acceptance. This visualization is a way to really "know" an experience at Casa Verde. For me, it was life changing.

Great stay, the house was clean and comfortable, and Netflix in the room was just the comfort we wanted at the end of our trip. Well equipped kitchen and the patio is nice to relax on. Charles and Gerson were very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. Other guests were staying who we enjoyed spending time with in the communal areas. Great price for the quality of accommodation. Thanks for having us :)

Perfect place for discovering Lima. Incredibly silent place to stay, which is crucial in a lively city like Lima. Excellent place to spend time just reading a book ! Charles and Guerson are very pleasant hosts to spend time with as well as very helpfull.

I arrived 1 day earlier than expected and Charles was so kind to find me a room even on booking it was fully booked. I stayed for 3 nights and it felt like home.

It was our first day in Peru, Lima and I was very happy about this accomodation in this calm area. These guys are so friendly and nice! We had an own bedroom, we could use the kitchen and a beautiful terrace in the garden. We could even come early in the morning, as we arrived from Europe. This house reminded me my time at the college with friends, when we lived together, talked and everything was so fine :) Thank you! Also for a spanish lesson and good advices for our stay in Peru. ;)

The hosts, the house, the location, everything was amazing. There are many restaurants nearby, stores and is easy to get public transportation from there. I 100% recommend this place.

A little issue of requiring to confirm the order with PayPal which was not mentioned in the property page but we worked it out.

Wonderful and friendly staff, specious room, beautiful property. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a nice park right next to the property. Can find a mall and restaurants in a walking distance. Definitely a place to come back if I'm in Lima again.

The shared bathroom is shared between 4 differs rooms so the queue can get long some times.

Exceptionally warmful and friendly hosts, they help you with everything you need and make you feel at home between friends: from finding a SIM card to changing money to giving us the best tips for visiting and eating in Lima, they will treat you like a long time friend. The room was comfortable, and the shared kitchen was well equipped. Really beautiful and well decorated home. Great value for the price in one of the safest neighborhood in the city.

I wasn’t expecting the place to be as good as it was for the price. Gerson and Charles are such friendly and amazing hosts and gave us some great recommendations for food and things to do while in Lima. Would definitely stay here again, cannot thank you guys enough! Netflix in the room was also such a nice touch and the space outside in the backyard is just so peaceful. ❤️
