Rooms were on the small side, but the that was fine for the price.

Location in San Blas was great. Walking distance to main square and tons of shops and restaurants. Hotel was very clean and well run. Staff seemed professional and breakfast was delicious. Good value too.

If it’s the first night at Cusco while adjusting your high altitude sickness might not be the good choice as you have to keep climbing up and down from the stairs

It’s a really cute property, and the staffs are really nice and helpful. The breakfast is also very good too! The entire property is just so comfortable! Strongly recommended

The heating goes off during the day, so it was a bit chilly at times. Everything else was just great.

We booked this hotel for three short stays before starting our adventures such as Inka trail and Lake Titicaca. It fulfilled our expectations and needs. Of particular notice is luggage storage facilities for the time away from Cusco. The hotel has great location, is clean and cozy. We stayed in total in 3 different rooms. The rooms had enough space, the furniture was OK. Generally we used the rooms only for a sleep. Some of the rooms have better WiFi signal, whereas one room almost don’t have any. The hotel offers nice (simple) breakfast and free coca tea, coffee and boiled/ filtered water. It was easy to move breakfast between different bookings. A big thanks to the boys from room service!

The room was comfortable and had a great bed. It was quiet yet in a part of Cusco where everything was easily accessible. Finally, the breakfast was easy and tasty and served in a lovely, sunny room.

If you light sleep you might hear noises very early in the morning from guests walking out to go on tours that usually start very early (5 am ish). This was just one day, but the wooden balconies can be heard squeaking.

All staff was very nice and accommodating, especially the ladies at the breakfast buffet. You can find different choices and freshly cut fruit daily. Room is warm for those cold nights and there is free tea/coffee 24/7 at the reception.

The narrow streets were a bit challenging.

We loved the location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage, provided information, and took care of arranging taxi service. Breakfast was delicious.

The floors are thin, so the guests upstairs above our room woke us up every day with their luggage rolling and footsteps. Some guests also were disrespectful in the early mornings and talked very loudly in the garden courtyard which I am sure everyone was woken up too. Maybe the hotel should leave a note to all guests that quiet hours outside your rooms are 10pm-7am.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The daily breakfast was wonderful and eggs were cooked to order with a variety of fruits, breads, pancakes, juices and more. The lovely garden courtyard was in full bloom and enjoyed the oasis being in the city. The shower was hot and powerful, room was cozy and comfortable and bed and pillows were very comfy too.
