The staff was very nice, room was big and cleaned. Nice hot water in the bathroom. They offer a free shuttle to the airport. Very good address in Pucallpa!

I had stayed at a hotel chain in my previous trip were I paid 3 times more than here, but I was the same value if I just compare their room size with the other. We booked their executive suite and the bed was really comfy and also the room was very spacious. The breakfast was basic, nothing to be excited about but for the price I paid - it was not a big deal. The customer service was alright. We asked to borrowed a kettle and they didn’t have it - we were told their restaurant hours were closed… it was shocking to hear that they couldn’t provide us with hot water - so we could make an instant medicine for the flu… The only reason I am mentioning this is for the hotel to have some awareness and get a kettle available in some cases when people get sick and need to get some medicine… Aside from that we were very happy with our decision to stay there and we would highly recommend it to other travelers who are looking for comfort but without spending a lot.

The noise of the street, but it was fixed. And they were very willing to help us have a good stay.

We had a room with street view which was quite loud when traffic started around 4-5 am , but then we exchanged the room . The second room was quiet, the window was towards the interior and the air conditioning machines , but doable. And not having a window with an outside view also helped maintain the cool air in the room. As it was hot outside :)

The breakfast is at additional cost for 10 soles, it is rather small. They provide an airport transfer but they not actively reached out to coordinate it. They did not provide transport to the bus terminal.

Air conditioner in the room. Got two towels. Overall clean. The pictures look better than in reality, but still ok to stay.

Wifi dosen’t work in all rooms, soulless and outdated feel, some rooms have a bit of a stale smell.

Highly recommend hotel, very helpful staff, very flexible with check in and check out. they come to pick you up at the airport for free.5 minutes walk from the fluvial port. Nice room, also a swimming pool. We've been really happy about our stay here

The hotel rooms are very very old and should undergo a total refurbishment including the windows.

Free airport Pick up Service and return to Airport also. The pool is still in a quite good shape. Staff was mostly quite hospitable also.

Comfortable, clean and well appointed rooms with good bathrooms and beds. Decent internet. Basic breakfast and dining facilities. Close to excellent restaurants and cafes. Central to everything in a quiet part of the downtown area.

The staff is super kind, the hotel is well keeped and clean! There is a nice swimming pool but, unfortunately, we didn't have time to try it. We definitely reccomend this Hotel if you come to Pucallpa. Ps: they pick you up at the airport, with the mini van, for free!!!

The noise from the street, the bed & pillows not comfortable, dull toilet & very dull breakfast. I couldnt sleep at all from the noise on the street, also woke up with back pain from the bed. The bath was neglected with tape left there.

The girls at the reception were nice & helpfull Also the free ride to the airport.

The pool was great, room was clean, AC was cool, wifi worked good enough to stream UFC fights.

The amenities were not correct. No laundry service available, or hairdryers. AC and laundry were two of reasons I came to that hotel.

I liked that there was AC, and that it was cold. The bed was comfortable. I liked there was an elevator which made it easier with heavy backpack. The breakfast was decent as well. Having transfer to airport included in price was helpful as well.

I booked the hotel because of its swimmingpool, however it was not in use during my stay. Tips for future guests who is booking the hotel because of the swimmingpool, make sure its in use during your stay. I lived on the first floor, due to that I experienced a lot of noise because the room wasn’t well isolated.

The cost using this site does not include breakfast and after paying for breakfast we paid a lot more than if we had paid with the hotel direct. The air conditioning would not go below 25’c so it was very hot in the room to sleep.

We were taking a boat from the port early in the morning so this hotel had a great location and a storage area where we could put our supplies for the trip
