There was some music from a neighboring club, but it was quiet in the morning and at nighttime. Cusco is a busy town so some noise is to be expected.

The staff is very friendly and super helpful. The hotel is located in the center of town with clean rooms and comfortable beds. I had a view of the city lights on the hillside at night. Water and coca leaf tea are available in the lobby to help with the altitude. A tasty home cooked breakfast of eggs, fruit, fresh squeezed juice, yogurt and rolls is included. Each floor has a welcoming sitting area. The hotel is pet friendly with an enclosed garden for your pet to visit.

You will hear some music during the day, but that is to be expected in downtown Cusco. Things quiet down at night.

The staff was very friendly and super helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained, with a welcoming ambiance. It is located in the center of town, but you can not hear traffic noise. The home-cooked breakfast was lovely. The hotel was sweet to our dog, and there was an inner garden that made traveling with a pet easy. The beds were comfortable and the shower had hot water.

Staff was incredible. They were so nice and accommodating. It was really one of the best experiences I've had in a hotel. We booked single rooms and ended up in the biggest beds I've ever seen. Breakfast was good, again, breakfast staff was lovely. My friend twisted his ankle while we were there and the staff was so caring and helped so much with handling the situation. Really, if you want to be in a place where the staff will take care of you, stay here.

We couldn’t access the Wi-Fi in our room (despite it being relatively close to the router), the bath/shower water was cold in the morning, sound travels badly, so we could hear the noisy guests upstairs clearly

My room window was over looking the stair case but I should have inquired about the view. That’s on me.

Clean rooms , close to all the main areas. Staff goes out of their way to make you happy. I went down 30mins after the buffet closed and the lady still made me an omelette. They also organise tours and laundry for you that’s value for money. Definitely a family feeling here.

Dogs barking at night, not the hotels fault, just strays I think, I'm a heavy sleeper so didn't affect me at all

Staff were very helpful, location was within walking distance of many historical buildings and shops. breakfast was nice they also packed a snack pack for my early morning tour which was lovely, thanks alot for a great stay.

Avoid the room on the ground floor close to the neighboring restaurant as the noise can stay up to the wee hours. Other rooms are calmer and quiet.

Very affordable price for the room size and the large assortment for breakfast. The hosts/owners and some staff are very friendly and accommodating. The locally organized tour they booked for us was much cheaper than what we would have had booked online on our own.

We had a couple of issues on our first night with hot water & noise but after mentioning to Juan Manuel, everything was resolved quickly & perfectly & we couldn’t have asked for better service.

The location was great, close to city centre but not right in the thick of it. Great breakfast. Really great hot shower and good pressure in lovely modern bathroom. VERY comfortable BIG bed! Juan Manual is a fabulous host. So helpful & friendly. Booked us into great tours at good prices at the last minute. Has perfect English (& French) which helps if your Spanish isn’t great. He & all his staff were wonderful.

Lovely stay again. We came back to Amerinda because it was so good. They even made breakfast 15min earlier just for our departure. There is always hot coffee and coca drinks available. The bathrooms look like they are brand new and are fancy like a high end Hotel. The beds are sooo nice too. Thanks Heaps.

Loved the ambiance. Beautiful hotel. The view from my room was spectacular! Breakfast was delicious. Quiet, they came and woke me up at 3 am before my hikes. Across the street from market. Walking distance from square. Perfect!
