Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomI could hear the TV of the neighbouring room, but I was still able to sleep perfectly.
Very kind and attentive staff, they let me in the room earlier, because I arrived in the morning, which was very kind of them. I was cold, so they provided a heater in my room, which really made my stay very comfortable. The location is great, just next to the main Cathedral, ideal centre.

SwitzerlandIt s a simple accomodation in cold Puno. I asked for a heater as the room was cold and got one. The water in the shower was never really hot.
Staff was veeery nice and helpful! Helped with everything. Prepared reakfast bag very esrly in the moning. There is always hot tea available.

United KingdomThere was no plug socket near the bed in the room I was in. An extension lead would be beneficial so I could use my phone in bed whilst it was charging. Breakfast was very early 6am-8am so I had to set an alarm not to miss it

Everything in the room and the location was very good. The staff member was very helpful and friendly. All amenities listed were available and worked well.

United KingdomBed was horrible, pillows bad, shower was freezing in the evenings although the shower was amazing in the mornings. The worst thing though was the bottom door is always locked for a member of staff to let you in when you ring the bell but on a few occasions nobody answered the bell and I had to wait on the doorstep for 5-10 mins until someone arrived.

SingaporeIt's freezing at night. No heater and hot water will only comes when you inform the reception will then they switch on the boiler. The hotel is really old and aged. Furnishing is so run down.
The staff is really friendly and hardworking. He one person manages everything in the hotel. Provided really nice breakfast for us.

GermanyI didn’t had a towel when I arrived; but this was just a matter of few words. I didn’t liked that you had to ring the bell when you wanted to go out and come in again.
The room was spacious and had an own bathroom with a very hot shower. A small but very sufficient breakfast was included as well!
