Even though the room was in the fourth floor we could still hear the clatter of the kitchen starting at 6am.

The buffet breakfast was good, a lot of options. The bed was very big. The bathroom had a bathtub. Great room service.

Some of the staff was a bit distracted at check out. The procedure to request temporary parking with the reception clerk resulted too troublesome. Too many coin stalkers in the surrounding area.

The room had a working small jacuzzi in the bathroom and a separate sauna. It had a viceroyal-like decoration composed wthin an aesthetic from the eighties. Great breakfast in a pleasant terrace. The mini bar had very affordable prices.

I didn't like that the staff that I encountered spoke very little English.

I loved that the rooms were very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and they provided a lot of amenities in it. The location was also great as they were located in a very central area about 10 minutes walk to Kennedy Park.

Staff were rude and unaccomadating, room service food is TERRIBLE. Do not order it.

Problems with the shower, not easy to set the temperature, watee was pouring from valves. There were small bugs on the bathroom table,seems they come from the plants. Busy and noise street.

Bathroom layout is a little awkward.

The location was great, walking distance to many things. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Wifi was strong.

Maintenance is poor so we moved twice after initial room. Toilet didn't flush then room safe not working, air conditioner blowing warm. Employees did try to resolve problems but no experts, like a plumber, safe man or air conditioner man. Almost forgot bathtub & shower faucet handle a problem. Housekeeping takes dirty towels and forgets to leave equal amount, but they accommodate you when you call and ask for what's missing.

My air conditioner only worked a couple days out of the 7 ??? The jacuzzi had a missing blower tightening screw so I could not use it.

It needed a little more cleaning in the room as there were ants around the fridge and on the bed. The corners of the room were dusty all around. Also, one of the paintings was on the contrary.
