The first two rooms they put me in had broken ACs. There is no onsite laundry. The bathroom had a shared vent, basically the rooms above and below I could hear VERY clearly when in the bathroom.

Comfy beds, dark room, very friendly staff, good location, and safe neighborhood. I also enjoyed the onsite restaurant.

mold in bathroom , only left one roll toilet paper so we went and purchased our own the TV was in Spanish only .. we streamed our own . th the pillows and mattress was not as comfortable as other places I’ve stayed .

It was very noisy at night, you can hear the people speaking on the road in front of the hotel. They did not serve milk with the coffee for breakfast, I was asking for it but did not get any milk.

No elevator. Staff service: they didn't respect Booking prices (they take profit from their own - high - USD/PEN conversion as they want, not official). Don't have private parking, they're considering the street as a private parking because they put a CCTV outside.Is really loud - at least my room. There's no supermarkets, restaurants around - almost everything were 30' away.

power cut on our first evening for several hours and they would not issue any kind of compensation or refund. We were showed to our room via torch light and then the door was shut on us before we could get our own torch lights out on our phone, plunging us in to darkness. Also due to the power cut the room was very hot and we obviously couldn’t use any of the facilities until way past 9pm. the room was dirty in the corners with hair and dust build up. And everything had a charge from the water in the bathroom to the snacks on the side, and we had to wait for ten minutes at checkout whilst they verified we had no consumed any of it. The total cost came out at £10 more than stated on booking.com with no explanation.

Nice large TV, comfortable enough bed, and it was nice to have a bath. Tasty breakfast although the same every day. Allowed us to store our bags when we were getting a night bus.

I’ve stayed here before and booked again by accident , desk help is rude and they charge you for every little thing almost make you beg for extra toilet paper! charge you to clean ? and the bathrooms have mold in them .

The room was very small, the door opened only about 60 degrees because has wardrobe closet in the way. The AC LED was very bright and wouldn't turn off so it was bright in the night to sleep. Then there were some kids chatting up with the receptionist at 11 pm for a good hour, he seemed friendly but we were unable to sleep because our room was just there and we could hear everything. Door was not insulated. When the adjacent room used bathrooom more light came from the window, so it wasn't a quiet night for us.

The suite was below the restaurant and it was extremely noisy. The windows are not thick enough to keep the outside noise out and construction was underway. Staff was rude and very matter of fact. Not accommodating at all. Check out is at noon and not a minute later or you will be charged an extra hour of stay.

We made a one night reservation to make sure we liked th hotel. around 11pm our first night we decided we wanted to stay for another so we called the reception desk and asked to extend our stay, they said the price would be double what we paid on booking.com so we asked if we made another reservation on booking if we could just continue our stay in our room. They said sure, no problem. So we made the booking. The next morning after we ate the included breakfast and got ready to go on our tour for the day we were told we had to switch rooms because someone esle had a special request for that room, but we would be put in the same room on a different floor. The reason being they wanted the view. I'll post pics os the "view". We said we didnt have time to move stuff because we had to go on a tour. They could have told us of their mistake when they made it the night before or even in the morning when we saw the staff for breakfast, but no they waired till we were walking out the door (literally my foot was out the door). So they offered ro move our stuff for us, i assumed since it was a nicer establishment our stuff would be safe. This was my mistake when we return my things were missing and they had no excuse except "sorry we thought it was garbage and threw it away". Which is a lie they stole my stuff. Make sure to check out the amazing view we were robber for.
