The hotel deserves a stellar rating for its impeccable service and serene ambiance. From the moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with warmth, setting the tone for a remarkable stay. Each room is meticulously designed with comfort and style in mind. The hotel restaurant, where they serve breakfast every day, is absolutely amazing. Lastly, my favourite part was that the staff knocks on your door at 6 PM with a hot water bottle and tea, which seems to help alleviate some of the altitude sickness. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

Hotel restaurant was good for breakfast but we found dinner to be just ok. Definitely check out some other locations whilst in Cusco.

Absolutely stunning location, in a nice neighborhood and able to walk to the city center easily. All details were thought of and carefully curated. The staff was so accommodating and even stored our luggage for us while we did a 7 day hike. They also did our laundry for us when we returned. We slept peacefully here and enjoyed the Incan ritual massage experience. If you’re heading to Cusco, stay here! You won’t regret it.

Beautiful property in downtown Cusco- walking distance to main sites (also a short taxi ride to airport ) Very affordable for the level of accommodations- Reception desk was warm and friendly and very helpful both in the morning and evening We had very good dinner through room service- the patio area in the middle had a nice cover and fire going Breakfast in the morning was very good with many choices The shower was nice/ bathtub also/ clean water provided for brushing teeth I would stay here again and highly recommend it-

Gorgeous Peruvian style in the hotel from the rooms to the courtyard. Love the hot water bottles delivered to the room at night along with some lovely tea. Such a nice touch! Breakfast was lovely - a la carte dishes were served so nicely. Location is perfect - next to some nice spots to eat and close to all the main attractions.

The best hotel we stayed in during our trip. Amazing receptive staff, restaurant is delicious (both the included breakfast and dinner/drinks). We also took a yoga class which was great. We loved the tea service and getting the refills of hot water at night plus the hot water bottle in bed. All of the facilities were clean and amazing. Just a wonderful place!

Our experience at Antigua Casona San Blas was nothing short of exceptional. The property is incredibly beautiful and well located, just a short walk away from the main plaza. The attention to detail is immaculate with local culture and history showcased around every corner, hot water bottles warming up the bed and local tea awaiting you in your room every evening, fresh filtered water available as you depart each day, and delicious homemade breakfast boxes if you are departing the hotel earlier than 6am (perfect for Machu Picchu excursions). We love their focus on sustainability and supporting local community organizations as well, I encourage any guest to read more about it on their website. The restaurant is also absolutely incredible and would be absolutely worth coming to even if we weren't guests at the hotel. The food was some of the best we had on our entire trip in Peru and we still can't believe breakfast was complementary for guests of the hotel, what a treat. All of this would already be a 10/10 stay but the thing we'll remember most about this hotel was the amazing staff. We cannot sing their praises enough - I wish I could remember all of their names but Mario and Victor especially. We arranged for pickup from the airport but experienced a flight delay and were able to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp. They made a stressful situation so pleasant and gave us peace of mind that a driver would be waiting for us when we arrived. They arranged taxis for us throughout our whole trip and simply added it to our bill and helped us with whatever we needed. Most of all every single staff member from the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping were some of the kindest and most helpful folks we've met in our travels around the world. We cannot thank them enough for an unforgettable stay and we'll surely be back again!

Don’t look any further and stay here. We normally stay at more expensive hotels but with the reviews we decided to stay here and were so impressed with this hotel. Everything is well thought out and well done. The staff are so welcoming, kind, and helpful. It seems well managed with so many thoughtful touches including available filtered water, hot water bottles in your bed at night, tea available through our stay. Amazing.

A very well refurbished old Spanish Colonial villa with lovely courtyard and centrally located in excellent quarter of old Cusco. Room/bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and lazy :-) and the reception staff extremely helpful. A big thank you to Judy for a truly wonderful massage.
